We rent our family house located in Saint Pair-sur-Mer (between Granville and Jullouville), recently renovated, you will be 2 minutes walk from the fine sand beach and 7 minutes walk from the shops.
The house, very bright, decorated with care, faces south-west. It has a front garden and openings on the other three sides.
Raised ground floor: Double living room including a living room and a dining room, modern open well equipped kitchen, 1 master bedroom with its bathroom, separate toilet.
1st floor: 2 bedrooms with a double bed and sink, 1 bedroom with 2 twin beds, 1 bedroom with 3 single beds, 1 bathroom, separate toilet
Basement: utility room (washing machine, garage)
This 1900 villa has a garden and an enclosed courtyard for entering vehicles.
We rent it by the week or very long weekends.

Beautiful house in Saint-pair

We were six adults and four children (1-6 years). The house was perfect for us. And close to beach and village. Unfortunately the weather wasn’t good all the time but that is nobodys fault. The caretaker Bernadette was also very helpful when needed. Recommended.

Séjour très agréable dans cette charmante villa proche de la mer et de la nature, permettant de jolies promenades. Accueil parfait, de même que tout l'agencement intérieur. Nous y reviendrons dès que possible.
