BEAUTIFUL OCEAN OAKS OO04- This beautifully decorated home features 5 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, living room, dining room, kitchen, a loft TV area, screened porches, built-in twin bunk beds, and a downstairs master bedroom suite. MW, DW, W/D, 4 TVs, WiFi, and a pack-n-play. Bedrooms include 2 Kings, 1 Queen, 5 Twins, 1 Daybed with trundle, and a pull-out chair that makes a twin bed.

Accommodates 14.

Linens are provided with this unit, as well as a starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, and dishwasher detergent. These items will not be replenished during your stay.

NO PETS, NO SMOKING.

Ocean Oaks has two private beach access points and a community pool.

NOTE: Rental guests are not allowed to have pets in the cottage at any time. This doesn’t imply that the rental is a completely pet-free property. If our no pet or no smoking policy is broken, a $1000 fine will be charged to the card on file AND you will be asked to vacate the property without a refund.

The house and grounds were perfect for our big family. The property manager was amazing…we had a washing machine issue that prevented us from washing clothes. The property manager washed them for us and even brought clean towels to the house. Fantastic service…thank you.

Serenity for the Family

The house was a great property for our large family. The house has multiple spaces to either come all together or give the needed time apart. Short distance to the pool, ocean and paths of the island.

Ocean Oaks #4

The house was perfect for our large family. The pool was nice and the beach access was close to the house. There are a few minor repairs that need to be done, but the repairs did not affect our stay.

Loved it!

This home is gorgeous and well laid out for multiple people. The walk to the beach and pool was convenient and easy to navigate. A few beach chairs would have been nice but otherwise we had a wonderful time.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed in this property in previous years. This year there were some items that needed attention. Hot water at the kitchen sink never got hot even after running for 10 minutes. Also, there were holes in the walls where the door knobs had hit the wall in multiple rooms because the door stops were either not there or broken. There were extra pillows but not extra sheets or pillowcases. The microwave oven broke while in use. When we called the given number immediately (as requested for repair service) we were told repair wouldn’t happen until after our stay. There was food in the microwave. The outdoor porch furniture was mildewed and needed some attention, Overall our stay was good in this really nice home with plenty of room. It was Labor Day weekend.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Every person in our party loved this house!!! There was not a single item that we needed in our stay. The furnishings and attention to detail was amazing.The house has a huge kitchen with a great island to gather. We were attending a conference and many people chose to come over to the house on two nights as opposed to meeting at one of the hotels in the area.The veranda areas were used for coffee in the morning. I wish we had another night so we could use the outdoor courtyard area for a barbeque.Four bedrooms had their own bathroom with an additional half bath on the main floor. There is also another bedroom with two singles and also two bunk beds in another area.This is a perfect house for 4 couples!!!

The house is great for large family

The house is large with great living space, laundry room, several porches, kitchen with everything you need. Beds comfortable. When we arrived there was a horrible smell outside in the back of the house. I contacted the rental company & they thought it had been dealt with. We arrived on Sat. by Tue we could go outside. The floors had not been swept or mopped. We did this. We had several plumbing issues. They were dealt with quickly and Timmy the plumber was great! Bring dish towels, hand soap and hand towels for bath- We will go back, but be prepared. Stacy at Parker Kaufman is who we dealt with on problems. She was helpful on the stink issue. Breanna (on call) was awesome with the plumbing issue

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful home but needs attention. Dishwasher didn’t wash dishes very well and started leaking midweek. Washing machine was severely off balance and took over an hour to wash a small load. Shower curtain was coated with pink mildew. Some beds had no pillowcases. Insufficient pots and pans for cooking a meal. Outdoor shower didn’t work. Master bathroom handheld shower fell off the wall. Third floor had spiders,spider webs and moldy vents. Back steps railing has a rotting post. Several of us tripped on the corner of the living room rug because it doesn’t lay down properly. Door to the side porch is stuck and we couldn’t open it. House needs some TLC

Parking

Great neighborhood however very poor parking!! Not only are they not wide enough they are also too short and streets are so narrow you end up driving over someones grass to try to park!! No way I could live there!
