Welcome to Bologna, I'm Caterina and I present a comfortable and nice apartment in the historic centre of Bologna.
A great way to charm a few steps from the 2 Torri and about 300 mt. Piazza Maggiore.
Is very convenient for visiting the city.

Apartment duly authorized by the municipality of Bologna and entered in the list of furnished apartments for tourist use

The apartment is ideal for 2 people maximum 4, size 50 sqm.
completely renovated in 2006, the decor is functional and well maintained.

Holiday home is located on the ground floor of a building of 1600 (it was the concierge), the decor is functional and complete a cultural holiday and fun in one of the most beautiful cities in Italy.

In the San Vitale seat of the oldest university in the world, with the suggestive Piazza Verdi, the Teatro Comunale, the Art Gallery and the Museum of Music.

My apartment is situated on the ground floor of a building of 1500 (it was the concierge), the decor is complete and functional for a cultural and entertaining holiday in one of the most beautiful cities in Italy.

Getting around

In the San Vitale seat of the oldest university in the world, with the suggestive Piazza Verdi, the Teatro Comunale, the Art Gallery and the Museum of Music.

Close to the apartment you will find the famous Mercato di Mezzo, market town of medieval origins, including via Clavature by fishmongers and old, in the middle of the quadrangle.

Clean and comfortable with plenty of space.

Great location with easy access to the sights. Nice and quiet and comfortable apartment and Caterina is very helpful and responds quickly to your messages.

Neat and very well positioned accommodation.

The apartment had everything we needed and was really well positioned for exploring Bologna. We would definitely stay here again when we next visit Bologna. I must say we never got to understand the bus system, particularly over the weekends. I think more help is needed to help visitors understand how the buses work. Regards and Thank you again. Nice apartment in great location

This is a very nice and comfortable apartment The location could not be better. It is on the ground floor but very quiet and safe. Caterina was very responsive and was kind enough to let me leave my bags in the apartment on my last day. Her next guests were coming in late and it allowed me to take my tour, pick up my bags and go late to the airport. It was very generous and most helpful.

Perfect location!

My husband, adult son and myself had the pleasure of spending 2 nights in this comfortable, clean apartment. Location couldn't be better. Very close to the Two towers, center of town, restaurants, bars, shopping, we walked everywhere. Caterina was very friendly and helpful, answering all of our questions. We really appreciated all of her recommendations for her favorite restaurants and we enjoyed several Bolognese dinners. We definitely recommend this authentic Bologna apartment.
