Apartamento a Via Pomezia

The location of this property was good, close to supermarkets, restaurants, etc. The apartment was nice, clean and enough room for my husband and I. The only thing I would say is that if you want to sleep with windows open expect a lot of noise. There is a bar/cafe below and lots of talking going on late into the night.

Bon contact avec le propriétaire qui répond rapidement aux messages, réservation rapide. Bon accueil également sur place. L'appartement, situé à proximité de toutes commodités (métro à 5 minutes, épiceries, bar à vin, Pompi (tiramisus excellents) etc..) était propre et spacieux. Grand hall d'entrée qui dessert immédiatement la salle à manger/salon et la chambre, puis la cuisine et la salle de bain. le+: idéalement situé, grand, propre, bien aménagé le -: bruyant (toutes les pièces donnent sur la rue), salle de bain un peu exiguë Appartement à conseiller sans hésitation!

We enjoyed a great stay in Rome! The appartment is located very central and it is easy to reach the city-centre, also on foot. The next Metro is just a 5-minute-walk away. It was tidy and clean, well equipped and looked as described on the pictures. The supermarket directly beneath the doors is really an advantage. An ideal place to stay in a quiet residential area! Joseph and Sylvia are always reachable on the phone. Contact was easy and kind.

Séjour très agréable à Rome

Nous avons passé 6 jours très agréables à Rome au mois d'avril. L'appartement est très bien situé près de la place Re di Roma et sa station de métro (ligne A). La basilique San Giovanni in Laterano est toute proche. Si vous aimez marcher, il est possible de rejoindre à pied la basilique San Clemente, le Colisée et les Thermes de Caracalla. Le quartier est calme ce qui permet de se poser après des journées de visite parfois fatigantes (on marche beaucoup à Rome). Nous avons apprécié la petite épicerie à côté de l'immeuble. Il y a également d'autres commerces sur la place Re di Roma. L'appartement est dans un joli immeuble, au premier étage. Les pièces à vivre sont spacieuses et lumineuses. L'appartement dispose de tout l'équipement nécessaire. Nous le recommanderons à nos amis en visite à Rome et espérons pouvoir revenir bientôt.

L'appartement est très bien relié autour de la ville via le métro, l'arrêt de bus se trouve à 300 mètres. Vous pouvez facilement rejoindre à pied le Colisée, Caracalla, St. John. Tout ce que vous avez besoin est à quelques pas de la maison. Le meilleur "tiramisu" Rome peuvent profiter des 200 mètres de la maison

Excellent hospitality, amazing holiday.

We were in Rome in January 2015. Joseph, our host, was very kind. Arranged a car at the airport, met us at the apartment (even after our flight was delayed an hour) and checked on us during our stay. The apartment itself was very modern and clean and it was close to the metro, restaurants and a supermarket. Our trip to Rome was amazing !! Thanks Joseph.

Lovely Apartment

I stayed at the apartment for 4 nights in December with my wife and our teenage son.The apartment is lovely and is exactly as advertised. It is clean and tidy and has everything you need. My son said the double sofa bed in the living room was really comfy. The metro is 10 minutes away and we walked to the St. John in Lateran in 5 mins. A supermarket which sold everything you would ever need is within 5 minutes walk. There was a lovely welcome basket when we arrived and there is WiFi available at no extra cost. An ideal place to stay in a quiet residential area

Un très bon accueil à l'arrivée avec en plus un appartement plus que parfait spacieux propre et idéalement situé. en prime un panier de bienvenu avec des petites attentions et des boissons fraîches au réfrigérateur pour ses locataires. Giuseppe mérite un grand bravo pour son savoir faire. nous recommandons vraiment cette location.
