This was hands down the best VRBO experience we have had. Larry was awesome from start to finish. He was quick to respond, easy to work with, and made us feel genuinely welcome. The place was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed, plus. We were in town to visit our grandkids, and staying here made the whole trip relaxing and easy. It turned out to be one of our best visits yet, and Larry is a big part of the reason why. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting family in the area.

The property was exactly as described and more! There were so many activities and opportunities to have fun that it was hard to chose what to do next. We were older travelers, but we still enjoyed the pool and playing on the putting green. The back yard was well shaded and pleasant to sit outside even when it was 94 degrees. Larry. the host, was extremely responsive to our needs and just a generally fun person to chat with when we had questions.

I can't say enough good things about this place and especially the owner, Larry. The location was perfect, the property had everything we needed and then some. Larry was super accommodating and an absolute delight to conversate with. He had a binder that detailed everything we could need to know about the property, as well as helpful info on where to go, things to see, and places to eat. There were more blankets, towels, and pillows than we could ever need during our 1 week stay. The hot tub came in exceptionally handy after the long days at our softball tournament. All we had to do was message Larry when we would be back and he would ensure it was on and ready to go. The washer and dryer was also a game changer for us to have fresh uniforms each day. If we ever come back to Tucson we will be staying here again, no doubt about that. Thanks again Larry, everything was stellar. From your favorite softball team.

We really enjoyed our stay. Larry was an excellent host and had everything we needed for our stay. We stayed with 2 older kids and they enjoyed all the games, golf activities, and the hot tub. Will stay again when we return to Tucson!

Larry’s guest house was an amazing place to stay. We use all the amenities, including the pool, the hot tub and the game room. The backyard was a relaxing oasis. We would definitely book here again. Larry was a great gift and easy to get ahold of for any questions.

A slice of paradise! In the morning I listened to eight different birds singing away (identified by my Merlin app) including a Gila woodpecker. We had a great time playing mini golf, pool and hot tub time. The house is clean and has all the amenities you could want! You never have to leave. Super relaxing. We did visit Saguaro NP and Mt Lemmon which are both close by. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

Such a fun house and a great host. House is fully equipped with everything you might need. The pool/play area has toys, floats, balls, racquets, clubs to enjoy all the games. Very clean. Host communicates and is very kind. Definitely book here!

The amenities were the highlight for boys after long days of baseball! Swimming and hot tub time was a nice end to each evening. The host was very accommodating and the unit had everything one could ever need.

We had an amazing stay! Larry was a fantastic, welcoming host. The pool and game room were so much fun, and the guest house was clean and family friendly. Watching lightning storms on the horizon from the pool at night was unforgettable. We can’t wait to come back!

Great place with a good host

The place has everything you could want to stay in and relax. Also has easy access to plenty of resturants, grocery stores, bars, and shopping. Very nice bathrooms, and kitchen.

Tucson escape

Wonderful property with nice kitchen, bed rooms and well stocked with supplies. Very relaxing place after day of hiking in National Parks with hot tub, pool, sauna, and game room.
