This completely refurbished first floor apartment with large balcony for enjoying the afternoon and evening sun while overlooking the Alborran Hills and view of the sea. Close to major towns for sightseeing and shopping as well as championship golf courses for the odd round or two! The apartment has been completely refurbished in November 2015 includes air conditioning/heating and is fully equipped for your holiday including internet and WIFI facility. The central grassed area has two swimming pools (adult and children’s pool) and is a real sun trap.

The apartment is comfortable and well decorated and has everything you want for a holiday. The pool is excellent in well kept gardens. The balcony overlooks the country side and the sea and gets the sun most of the day. Mark was excellent to communicate with.

Hübsche Wohnung

Wir hatten tolle zwei Wochen in diesem Apartment. Der Pool ist schön und nicht überfüllt. Der Balkon hat Sonnenseite und Meerblick. Der komplex an sich ist sehr ruhig. Restaurant und bar in der Umgebung waren super . Auch der Mini Shop hatte alles was man braucht für einen entspannten Urlaub.

Genial para unos días de vacaciones

El apartamento está fenomenal. Las zonas comunitarias también. La piscina es de agua salada y muy tranquila, se está fenomenal. La ubicación bien también ya que puedes ir andando a la playa y si coges el coche tienes otras cerca muy bonitas. Lo único malo es que la cocina estaba muy sucia (rejillas, horno) y los utensilios también están muy mal. Si vais os aconsejo que os llevéis una sartén y una olla si queréis cocinar en casas. El propietario no se encarga de las llaves. Es Rajan, que fue muy amable todo el tiempo.

El apartamento so está mal calidad precio,pero la limpieza deja mucho que desear, las instalaciones son buenas. Tuvimos problemas con el wifi y tardaron tres días en solucionarlo casi cuando ya nos marchamos.

Es un poco dificil comunicarse con el propietario, te proporciona el número de un jardinero de la propiedad para que puedas hablar con el y es dificil entenderlo. Debído al covid la hora de entrada es a las 8 de la tarde, muy tarde a mi parecer. Tuvimos suerte y el dia anterior no había nadie y pudimos entrar sobre las 12 del medio dia. Las cosas del apartamento están MUY sucias, sobretodo el menaje de hogar. Pero en general el apartamento está muy bien y los vecinos muy tranquilos. Lo mejor de la casa es la ducha de hidromasaje y la televisión es nueva. Tiene un buen aire acondicionado.

Schönes Apartment in Strandnähe mit eigenem Tiefgaragen Stellplatz

Alles in allem haben wir 2 Schöne Tage in diesem Apartment auf der Durchreise in Richtung Portugal Verbracht, leider haben wir beim Check in etwas länger Warten müssen was aber damit zusammenhängen könnte das wir in Folge der Coronakrise ziemlich Spontan losgefahren sind und das Apartment erst 2 Tage vor Ankunft gebucht haben letztendlich hat es nach ein Paar Telefonaten und etwas Chaos doch noch geklappt, das Apartment ist in einer schönen Anlage in Strandnähe und mit Gemeinschaftspool eigentlich Ideal und hat uns von der Ausstattung her und von der Lage her sehr gut gefallen. Was leider sehr Negativ zu Buche schlägt ist der Allgemeine Zustand der Ausstattung, alles war ziemlich dreckig und müsste bei Ankunft erstmal Gründlich gereinigt werden insbesondere das Besteck war ziemlich Schmierig und definitiv nicht richtig gespült worden auch in der Gläsern konnte man noch erkennen was vorher daraus getrunken wurde... Das fanden wir etwas ärgerlich. Auch der Dusche hätte eine Gründliche Reinigung vor Vermietung definitiv nicht geschadet Alles in allem Waren wir aber mit der Wohnung soweit zufrieden jemand der viel Wert auf Sauberkeit legt und keine Lust hat bei Ankunft erstmal Ordentlich zu Putzen ist hier aber fehl am Platze Wem das nicht Stört bekommt hier eine Top Wohnung in Einwandfreier Lage mit allem was man Braucht 😅

Rang to meet a guy with keys for our stay. He gave me keys and a fob but the key for the pool didn’t work so not happy. When stopped keys off to him he was available and then was rather rude when he collected them. A shame as the apartment was pretty good

Family holiday

The apartment was lovely and had all that we could need for a holiday. The pool was clean and had a life guard buy didn't open until 12. The only downside was the apartment only had a few restaurants close enough to walk to with kids in the evening. A car is essential. Enjoyed a trip to Bahia water park and looking round Estepona and Casares.

The attention to the cleanliness of surfaces could have been a little better. Other then that everything was fine. The patio was great and having 2 bathrooms for a family was great. Having parking on premises was a plus. The kids loved having a pool as well. Location was very easy to get to.

El apartamento está muy bien,la playa cerca zona piscina bastante bien, le falta un poco de vida por qué solo hay una tienda de un chino tienes que coger el coche para ir a supermercados o restaurantes, me puse en contacto varias veces con el propietario y jamás recibí respuesta en mi estancia si tienes un problema por ejemplo en mi caso difícil lo puedes resolver yo me lleve sin TV toda mi estancia por qué el encargado que también es el de manteniendo de las zonas comunes de la urbanización tenia mucho trabajo osea sin TV la semana y mi hija llorando el internet tampoco funcionaba difícil poner la smat TV el apartamento está totalmente equipado pero necesitaría una limpieza extrema tenía bastante suciedad sobre todo la.cocina,rejilla del aire acondicionado lámparas ect ect

Lovely place ! Adequate facilities

Lovely positioned apartment. Been going to complex for a good few years now. This has views of sea from part of balcony and not overlooked so very private. Pool area is fab and has lifeguard during summer. Apartment spacious with everything you need, great air con throughout and large tv. It's all quite new in side which is great has a new shower with a cook radio BUT attention to cleaning detail was lacking. Needs a good ole spring clean!!!!!... shame as would have used this place again and was told to empty the kitchen bin as we left which seemed odd but we did as requested.

We have owned this property since 2005 and it was purchased for our own use as we love the area so much. We manage to get out to the apartment 2 or 3 times a year but apart from that the apartment is unused which is why we decided to let during available weeks. We have recently replaced the bedroom beds and there is a new sofa bed in the lounge.
