Luxurious modern large 1,381 sq ft two story condo, sleeps 6 with private bedroom and bathroom on each floor. Large great room/ kitchen for gathering and 3rd story roof top patio to relax around fire pit and hot tub. Sunbathe overlooking Avila’s beauty, just steps to the beach.
Entry room on 1st floor with sleeper couch, 48” TV, Murphy queen bed and full bathroom enters into single car garage and laundry room. 2nd floor with 55” TV, Fireplace, queen sleeper couch, kitchen island with sink, 4 barstools, dining area for 6. Kitchen is fully equipped for your convenience with table settings for 8, Keurig -Cappuccino coffee maker, Drip Coffee maker, spices, sugars, condiments.
Best weather on the central coast with lots of outdoor activities. Nice waves, Friday night during the summer is farmer's market with live band & dancing, beach front wine tasting and restaurants. Walking distance to Avila Golf Course. Next to Port San Luis for fishing tours or boat launches. Enjoy the dog beach and Avila Bay both with paddle boarding and kayaking rentals. Sycamore Hot Springs, Avila Barn, Bob Jones biking trail, Avila Lighthouse, pier fishing are just some reasons to choose this condo.

Limited parking to single Garage and one carport, if available with parking placard. A $35 fee will be charged for placard, if lost. No Stacking
Crossing over roof patio railing is strictly prohibited and considered trespassing. Please no sand in Hot tub. Both may cause you to lose deposit.
Roof is made of concrete noise radiates down to neighbors. It also radiates out sliding door, so close after 10 PM.

Why they chose this property

This condo is located close enough to the beach (just a three minute walk) but far enough to be very quiet. Across the street from the golf course to allow free enjoyment to the outdoor concerts. Expansive patio for sunning and a hot tub for warming up after a swim, or relaxing by fire pit and sunsets at night.
