Casa Morgana - Chianni. Amazing 4 bedrooms' typical country cottage with private pool (7mt x 3mt)!
Ideally located for daily trips to all the Tuscan towns (Florence, Pisa, Lucca, Siena, San Gimignano...)
A living room with kitchen (with fireplace), 1 bathroom with shower and a bedroom at the first floor.
3 bedrooms and a bathroom with shower at the second floor. The house has a nice private garden with a private pool and a beautiful view to the countryside.

All the beautiful Tuscan towns are very close by: Florence 1h15m, Siena 1 h, Lucca and Pisa 40/45minutes, seaside 40 minutes. You can easily reach also Rome and Venice (from Florence train station).

Casa Morgana Stay

Great rural location on the outskirts of the village of Chianni and well maintained. The only drawback was that no towels were provided; [this is a big disadvantage when one is trying to pack lightly, for travel with Ryanair]

Beautiful house and amazing surroundings

We were a group of 7 people and had an amazing time in this house! Simona was super welcoming and helpful. The house is beautifully renovated and cosy and the garden and pool area are ideal for relaxing! It is an amazing location for exploring the surrounding cities like Florence, San Gimignano and Pisa and there are some great beaches nearby. We had one wonderful week and would recommend this house to anyone that wants to spend a relaxing holiday in Tuscany!

Amazing Location in rural Tuscany

Beautiful location, full of rustic charm which amazing view to either side. Located on the outskirts of Chianni this is perfect for a family. No noise other than the beat of Cacada's, beautifully peaceful in rural Tuscany.Pool perfect size for the kids, beautifully clean, just the thing needed for a cool down in the blistering heat. A couple of parasols would make a big difference for additional shade.DO NOT FORGET BUG SPRAY AS ITS RURAL ITALY, THEY WILL FEAST ON YOU IF THEY THINK YOU ARE TASTIE!

Relaxing days in Chianni

Great days in an original old Tuscan stone house with shutters. Chianni is a cute place with bars, cafés, shops and even a small flour mill. Be sure to join the Monday guided tour. It's a 30-minute walk into town, 5 minutes by car. The garden is beautifully overgrown, there are figs and herbs. The small pool is the daily highlight. Bathrooms are modern and all rooms very charming. If something is missing or needed, Simona always takes care of it immediately. Not for small children because of the many stairs and steps (also in the garden). We are happy to recommend Casa Morgana and hope to come back again!

Toskana Casa Morgana

Überzeugt von der Toskana und Casa Morgana!

Nachdem zuvor 6 von 7 Reisenden skeptisch waren bzgl. Toskana, einem Haus nicht direkt am Meer und überhaupt,sind jetzt alle begeistert. Ja, das Haus liegt außerhalb, aber bereits die Anfahrt hat Simona wunderbar organisiert, so dass wir es gar nicht verfehlen konnten. Im Vorhinein gab es schon einen tollen Kontakt, so dass bereits die Vorfreude auf den Urlaub gesteigert wurde. Das Haus selbst war wie beschrieben. Urig, gemütlich, in die tolle Landschaft eingebettet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man so braucht. Aus vorherigen Erfahrungen in Ferienhäusern erprobt, nehmen wir immer eine gewisse Grundausstattung selbst mit, die haben wir überhaupt nicht gebraucht. Dank der Klimaanlage konnten wir nachts trotz der Wärme gut schlafen und über Tag war der Pool herrlich kühl. Hier wurde von anderen bemängelt, dass er so kalt wäre, wir waren dafür dankbar, auch wenn wir uns immer noch fragen, wie das bei durchgehend 35 Grad und mehr funktioniert. Die Lieblinge von allen (und das geheime Highlight des Urlaubs) waren die Siebenschläfer, die in der Dämmerung auftauchten und sich um den Sitzplatz herum tummelten. Leider waren auch wirklich viele Mücken und Bremsen unterwegs, so dass Mückenschutz empfehlenswert ist. Unsere Erfahrung: es hilft etwas, die Außenbeleuchtung einzuschalten. Anfangs hatten wir eher die Idee, das macht es schlimmer, aber dem war nicht so. Meer. wun

Wunderschöne Gegend

Ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt. Preis/Leistung sehr gut. Ein ruhiges und schattiges Plätzchen, leider mit viel Stechmücken und Bremsen. Schön war die Vielfalt an Tieren wie Rehe, Fasane, Eidechsen, Geckos, Siebenschläfer. Der Poll wurde 2x die Woche perfekt gereinigt, die Klimaanlage brauchten wir in der zweiten Woche, da wir die Hitze sonst nicht aus den Schlafzimmern bekommen hätten. Herd, Waschmaschine und Spülmaschine funktionieren einwandfrei. Etwas Licht im Garten/Sitzecke wäre gut da man Nachts auf die Lampe des Handys angewiesen ist. Grillmöglichkeit ist ebenfalls gegeben. Als wir ankamen war das Geschirr und die Schränke in denen es verstaut ist, leider nicht wirklich sauber. Die Spülmaschine hat uns aber schnell weitergeholfen. Wir können das Haus Casa Morgana ohne Bedenken weiterempfehlen. Mario Jabs

leuk huisje

Prima typisch Toscaans huis, netjes en alles aanwezig wat je nodig hebt. (vaatwastabletten, wasmiddel, vershoudfolie, keukenhanddoeken, vaatdoeken,......) Zeker zijn prijs waard. Het huisje ligt afgelegen, maar je bent op nog geen 10 min in het dorp waar je alles vind (winkels, bars, resaurants,...)

Sehr schöner Urlaub in der Toskana

Sehr schönes Haus, wie wir es mögen. Stilecht, etwas zerklüftet und mit Atmosphäre. Gute Betten, alles funktionierte und natürlich der wunderbare Pool. Das Haus liegt etwa einen Kilometer hinter Chianni. Man hat seine Ruhe und ist doch schnell im Ort. Chianni ist gemütlich mit einigen guten Restaurants und Bars.

Ruhige Tage am Rand von Chianni

Das kleine Haus ist größer als es zunächst erscheint. Mit 4 hübschen Schlafzimmern, 2 Bädern und einem Pool ist es sehr attraktiv. Die Kommunikation mit Simona war super. Man kann ganz gut bis zum Ort laufen, das letzte Stück abends allerdings ohne Strassenlampe. Chianni ist ruhig und bietet genug Orte zum Essen und Trinken. Wir fanden es sehr schön!

Tolles Feriendomozil

Ein wunderbares Haus, sehr schön restauriert, sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub benötigt. Da ist dann noch der schöne, saubere Pool und viele Sitz-, Ess- u d Relaxmöglichkeiten in der Außenanlage. Hinzu kommt der sehr nette Kontakt mit der Inhaberin, die sich um alles kümmert. Toller Urlaub in der Casa Morgana

Simona empfing uns freundlich trotz unserer Verspätung. Sie zeigte uns das Haus und erklärte alles. Simona war immer ansprechbar und kümmerte sich sofort. Das Haus hat so viel Charme, typisch toskanische, genau das hatten wir gesucht. Herrlich der Pool bei der Hitze. Die Kinder sagten, das ist der schönste Urlaub den wir je hatten. Sind die Kinder glücklich, sind die Eltern es auch. Chianni ein toller Ort mit seinen schmalen Gassen, schönen Bars und Restaurants. Abends ist so viel Leben in dem Ort, das hat uns gut gefallen. Rundum zufrieden und erholt.

Ruhige Lage, Erholung pur.

Ferienhaus in ruhiger Lage mit Pool. Das lauteste dort, waren die Zikaden. Es war alles vorhanden was man brauchte. Die nette Vermieterin hatte von der Grillkohle bis zum Spülmaschinentab alles besorgt. Der Ort Chianni ist mit dem Auto in 3-4 min. erreichbar. Dort gibt es alles was man so braucht. Es war alles in allem ein schöner Urlaub. Die Lage ist auch als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge nach Florenz, Pisa oder Luca ideal. Unsere erste Buchung über Fewo Direkt und wir haben es nicht bereut.

Toscana Pur

Super, Simona war eine hervorragende Gastgeberin, immer ansprechbar. Das Haus ist so, wie man sich die Häuser in der Toskana vorstellt, einfach aber pur, alles sauber und für die warmen Tage auch mit Klimaanlage. Die Zimmer sind groß, die Küche ist wie üblich der zentrale Ort im Haus. Der Pool ist das I-Tüpfelchen, nach einem Tag unterwegs die pure Erfrischung. Es sollte aber allen Reisenden in diese Gegend klar sein, mal eben nach Florenz oder Siena ist nicht, man lebt auf dem Land und fährt sich sprichwörtlich einen Wolf. Dafür ist die Stille am Ort der absolute Balsam. Ich habe auch nachts selten so viele Sterne gesehen. Wer etwas in der Bewegung eingeschränkt ist, sollte sich aber nach einem anderen Objekt umsehen, weil die Treppen im Garten doch recht verwinkelt sind. Der Ort Chianni, was soll ich sagen, einfach Grande, die Bar Central ist für alle der Anlaufpunkt, im Kramladen gibt es alles, auch guten Wein, sogar eine Apotheke ist vorhanden. Und wer nicht innerhalb von spätestens 24 Stunden wie ein Italiener autofährt, sollte nach Holland fahren. Bitte besorgt Euch das Mückenmittel mit dem namens Dschungel aus Italien, wirkt am besten. Das Haus hat geniale Insekten-Schutzgitter vor den Fenstern, die helfen super. Apropos, der nächste Supermarkt ist 14 Km entfernt, es gibt entweder einen coop oder eine Conad, dort gibt es alles, auch Holzkohle für den Grill im Garten. Wir haben uns auf jeden Fall sehr wohl gefühlt! Zu ein gepflegtes und gutes Abendessen ist das Chianni Bistro zu empfehlen, kleine Karte aber gut. Wir haben uns auf jeden Fall sehr wohl gefühlt.

Una settimana tra amici a Chianni

Casa Morgana è davvero un fantastico posto per rilassarsi e divertirsi con un bel gruppo di amici. C'era tutta l'attrezzatura e i servizi per fare tante attività durante il soggiorno. Siamo stati una settimana, una delle più calde dell'estate, ma grazie ai condizionatori siamo stati benissimo. La piscina non è grandissima, va bene comunque per divertirsi in 6/8 adulti. Chianni è davvero carina, vicina a tante altre città da visitare. Simona è molto gentile e disponibile.

Liebevoll renoviertes toskanisches Häuschen

Das renovierte alte typisch toskanische Häuschen war super schön und hat zum Entspannen eingeladen. Der eigene Pool, welcher zweimal die Woche gesäubert wurde, wie die Sitzmöglichkeiten draussen waren super. Das Haus ist sehr schön eingerichtet mit allem was man braucht. Klimaanlage gab es in allen Schlafzimmer, welche im Juli absolut notwendig waren. Eine Grillstelle gibt es auch auf dem Grundstück. Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin war super nett und immer schnell. Für uns waren die Matratzen nicht ganz so bequem, dies empfindet aber immer jeder individuell. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig und naturnah, man ist aber zu Fuß in 25min und mit dem Auto in 5 min in der Stadt. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Bon séjour à Chianni

Nous revenons d'une semaine en Toscane dans la maison de Simona. C'est une jolie maison mitoyenne (il n'y avait pas d'occupant à côté lors de notre séjour), bien équipée, et décorée avec goût. Les moustiquaires aux fenêtres sont un vrai plus car les moustiques étaient omni présents cet été. La maison est assez grande avec ses 4 chambres et ses 2 salles d'eau. Deux bémols selon nous, pas de micro onde (ce n'est pas insurmontable mais on voit combien on est habitué à s'en servir !!) et surtout la piscine étant très souvent à l'ombre dans la journée, l'eau est froide même avec les grosses chaleur d'été. Mais dans l'ensemble, nous avons bien aimé notre séjour à Chianni.

Maison typique de la campagne Toscane

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour au calme. La maison a été rénovée avec goût et très bien entretenue. Les 4 chambres sont dotées d’une bonne literie et les 2 salles de bains sont belles et bien équipées. Cependant, quelques remarques pour 8 personnes, le volume d’eau est souvent un peu limité, les équipements de la cuisine pourraient être complété (micro onde, frigo plus grand, cafetière plus grande, aspirateur plus efficace, grille pain, bouilloire ). Pour la piscine, il faudrait préciser les dimensions et la profondeur afin d’éviter l’étonnement du début de séjour. Enfin, l’annonce ne mentionnait pas la vue de la maison mitoyenne sur notre espace de vie. Malgré tout, nous avons passé dans cette maison typique 2 semaines formidables au cœur de la toscane.
