Great location, few steps from the beach!!!

Welcome to the best family friendly vacation rental in the Summer Spell complex. We are located on the first floor right across the beach!!!

Our unit has been totally remodeled with a new bathroom, bed, couch, stove, kitchen table, refrigerator, mattress and dishwasher.

No stairs and right on the side of the pool. The barbecue area is approximately 15 feet from the porch.
Very easy access to the beach!!!

Parking is very close to the door, making it easy to get luggage and groceries from your car.

This place was in the best location! Steps from the beach and a short walk to pompano joes! The property was clean and well maintained. Great price & the condo had everything we needed. Vacations are for relaxing, that being said, the bed could have been more comfortable, maybe just to firm for my taste. I will definitely be staying here in the future. Miramar beach is the best!!

The stay in this condo was great! The communication and contact with the host was easy and very helpful/refreshing. The condo itself is super cute and right next to the pool, grill area and the beach. You are able to see the ocean when looking out the front and the back and about a 5 minute walk from the beach. My family had a great experience and I can’t wait to plan another trip to Miramar beach !

Great stay

Our family stayed here a little less than a week, and the location to the beach was perfect. We have 2 little ones, and needing a close walk to the beach without dealing with beach parking and having an outdoor shower to rinse off at made it a great option for us! Very clean when we came, and overall good experience.
