Spacious F2, approximately 60m² located in the "golden triangle" of Annecy, a stone's throw from the lake and shops, allows you to discover Annecy and its lake in complete tranquility.

Located on the 3rd floor of a residence with elevator, it consists of : a hall with storage ; a living room with a small south-facing balcony, furnished with a dining area ; a lounge area with TV, fixed sofa ; a bedroom with one 140 cm bed, a 90 cm bed and storage space ; a separate fitted kitchen with dining area ; a bathroom with shower ; Separate WC.

EQUIPMENT : 4 burner gas hob ; oven ; filter coffee maker ; fridge Freezer ; washing machine ; TV ; WIFI.

You can park in the overhead private parking space (N°10). You will also have access to bicycle storage.

Animals aren't accepted.

Cleaning option: from €45 to €120 (depending on type of accommodation)

D'habitude pour nos vacances , nous prenons chez LAGRANGE ou PIERRE ET VACANCES

appartement bien, mais dans un environnement très bruyant. beaucoup de circulation dans la rue environnante motos et petits véhicules à moteur qui circulent jours et nuits. Nous ne reprendrons plus d'appartement à l'avenir pour nos vacances
