Modern 2 Bedroom in Historic Community minutes from Downtown

Newly remodeled two bedroom condo minutes from downtown and a short drive from the top beaches in the US! We are located in the historic Allendale community. A quiet and safe area in North East Saint Pete. Conveniently located off I-275, exit 25 It is a quick drive to/from both major airports. (Saint Petersburg/PIE & Tampa Int./TPA) Come stay for one of our many annual events like the Grand Prix, or the Jazz Festival. We also have some of the best museums in Florida including the Salvador Dali and Chihuly.
Equipped with a state of the art, fully stocked, spacious kitchen that would be great for longer stays during the snowbird season.

Each bedroom has a high-end queen mattress with box springs and the lliving room boasts a king size, hotel quality, pull out sofa-bed and a twin size pull out chair bed. We have plenty of extra linens in the linen closet. Private, covered parking is conveniently located behind the building, just steps away from your door.

Laundry is in an A/C controlled room with a granite changing table and has 3 washers and 3 dryers. (Vending Card style) Facility is located to the rear of the parking lot in the little building. (Door to the left), with private access for guests only.

We invite you to use our beautiful condo as a home away from home while you enjoy our world class vacation destination! Amenities may not be available due to acts of God or repair – in this event credits will not be given.

Family getaway

I was traveling with my 85 year old mother to see her sister who was not well and say goodbye. The location was clean and quiet. We had no idea there were neighbors. Everything was fully updated except the original bathtub which had nostalgia for us since the bathtub in her home is also blue! lol. Peter was great to work with for checkin and check out. Mattresses were like brand new and slept amazing. The kitchen was bright and new and fully stocked with all of our needs. Really close to Publix for groceries and was perfect distance for where we were going to be traveling to for our visit.

Loving St. Pete and Gulfport

Great location to access St. Pete and Gulfport -- two great towns. We stayed for a month (February). It's dog friendly and nice neighbors. There's traffic around the building, so its not a place you meander around -- no shops, or coffee bars. Area is residential. However, a short ride in your car places you in the heart of things. The apartment is roomy, has a nice kitchen, and comfortable beds. The hard tile floor can get slippery when you bring in sand or soil. So keep it well swept. It's easy to do, however you might consider taking off your shoes and changing to slippers when you get in -- especially if you've been to the beach. In all, it was a good stay.

The VRBO was comfortable with plenty of towels, linens, and pillows. The place was clean and stocked with cleaning items. The only suggestion I would have is that the kitchen could use a frying pan. We could not find a skillet to possibly cook eggs or brown meat, etc. Rest was great. Thanks

Great jumping off point for a St Pete's visit!

The A/C alone makes this property worth it in the Florida heat, but it's also in a great location to go pretty much anywhere in St Petersburg. Affordable price, great location, clean and homely accomodations.

We had a great time and were centrally located to everything. We saw some of the resorts on the beaches and weren’t impressed compared to the cleanliness and room available in our condo. Would recommend to anyone looking for a great stop in the area.

4 adults fit comfortably in this condo. One down side was no AC in one of the rooms. It was manageable if you don’t mind sleeping with the bedroom door open. Very clean and close to downtown activities. We took the bus to the pier with no issue. Area felt safe and wifi was good.

WiFi and TV cable didn’t work, I notified the owner and he said he would send someone to fix it and he would also stop by and check it which never happened. We found huge roaches, and one of the rooms doesn’t have AC unit which gets very hot if you don’t keep the door open. I would not recommend this place
