Home was well stocked. Enjoyed the deck facing the lake, firepit area and dock with seating. Master bed was comfortable (only two of us so we didn't use the other 2 bedrooms) and attached bathroom was a positive!

We actually ended our stay 2 nights early. The filth as too much. Stained carpeting. Cracked drywall ceilings. Hole in ceiling in one shower, probably from a roof leak. Stove oven unbelievably dirty. Mismatched silverware and plates. Towels that should be thrown away. I could go on and on. What appeared to be dog hair on the bed blanket. We have stayed n several VRBOs and have always been very satisfied. A beautiful lake view from a dirty, filthy of a house.

The veiw was excellent. The house was clean and comfortable. Access was simple yet secure. Parking was good. The game room was a lot of fun. Beds were firm but comfortable enough. Communication with host easy to understand and helpful with check in and out. Overall I would highly recommend this house and host

This property is wonderful I would definitely stay here again. We wanted a nice relaxing trip and this property definitely delivered. We had wildlife coming right up to the front window and the lake with a dock that is great to fish off in the back. Host was very responsive to any questions we had.

Fantastic Lake Weekend!

Wintergreen on Boom Lake had everything possible to enjoy a family lake vacation rain or shine! We were up for a mountain bike race and our only regret is that we didn’t get to hang out at the house longer. Next year we’ll plan accordingly to stay longer!

Relaxing at Boom Lake

We planned on traveling to northern Wisconsin and have stayed at Boom lake a couple years ago. I found this listing and was very impressed and the size of the home was perfect! We brought our own fishing boat and had great luck fishing and hanging out on their beautiful dock. I would definitely stay here again, the home is tastefully decorated and is very comfortable for a couple or a family. (The boat launch is very close too!)

Slice of heaven

This place was absolute perfection! The lake is beautiful. The deer would come up and lay in the yard while we were out there. The game room is amazing, and the patio is even better! The table and chairs were also the perfect height ;). Mike is an awesome host! We will definitely recommend and stay again!

Another Great Stay and We Will Be Back

Perfect location. 7 minute drive to Downtown Rhinelander. Within 25 minutes to Eagle River and Minocqua. Fishing from the Pier was good. Comfortable furnishings. This was the third time we have stayed here and we will gladly be back next year. Owner is pleasant and friendly to deal with.

Peaceful and fun!

The hosts were kind and warm. Very helpful and detailed oriented. The house was a rustic nice size woodsy place yet close enough to town for food and entertainment. The house was on a beautiful lake and the wild life was so beautiful. Quiet and roomy. Even the driveway had room for several cars. Perfect! Clean and accommodating! Perfect stay. Perfect host. Perfect time up in the Northwoods! Can't wait to come back!
