Amazing new apartment located by the entrance of the Vatican Museums and the metro Ottaviano.
Fully furnished with A/C, Wi Fi, it can host up to 6 persons beeing composed of 2 bedrooms, a dinner room with kitchen and a pull out couch, 2 bathrooms.Cancellation policy 5days(all the money will be returned

This new apartment is located by the entrance of the Vatican Museums and the metro station Ottaviano (only 350 meters away).
It is very easy to reach and at the 3rd floor with elevator of a roman 'palazzo'.
Fully furnished with Air Conditioning, Wi Fi, flat screen TV, washing machine, nespresso coffee machine, fully equipped kitchen, It can host up to 6 persons beeing composed of 2 bedrooms, a dinner room with kitchen and a double pull out couch, 2 bathrooms with shower.
The Vatican ditrict is known not only for its artistic value but also for its very good restaurants, café, wine bars, shopping streets.
The apartment has 2 big bedrooms: the biggest one is composed of 1 double bed and 1 single bed, the second one has a double bed.
Despite we are in the city centre of Rome, the apartment is very quite at night and ideal for relaxing after a day spent exploring our city.
We provide all you can need during your stay: fresh towels, bed linen, iron and ironing board, detergent for the washing machine, the basic for cooking (oil , vinegar, coffee etc.)

The entire apartment composed of 2 bedrooms, 1 lounge-room with kitchen corner and pull out sofa bed, 2 bathrooms both with shower.
The flat is equipped with air conditioning/central heating, fast internet Wi Fi, shampoo, soap, hair dryer, washing machine, nespresso coffee machine with capsules provided, the basic for cooking(oil, vinegar, sal, sugar and more), fresh towels, bed linen and much more.

The Vatican area is one of the most elegant district of Rome.
It is very famous not only for Saint Peter Basilica, the Vatican Museums and Castel Sant'Angelo but also for beeing together with trastevere the best area for restaurants, cafés, bakeries, gelaterie and shopping streets.

The metro station ottaviano is only 300 meters from our flat.
Piazza Risorgimento buses and trams central station is 250 meters away.

Home away from home! Everything listed as is. Spacious for the five of us, clean, full kitchen and the two bathrooms are great! Check in was easy, host was there to meet us and gave tips and recommendations. Close to Vatican and businesses. Pictures doesn’t justify the place, highly recommended!

Great location and roomy

Wonderful location near the Vatican two full bathrooms, which included a washing machine. There is a grocery store right around the corner and you can use the refrigerator for groceries. Good communication with hostess.

Perfect location!!

Roberta was a fantastic host!! She sat down with us and gave recommendations of where to go/eat. She also arranged transportation to train station. The location was perfect, very close to Vatican, many restaurants and coffee shops nearby We really enjoyed our stay!!

Rome Adventure

Roberta’s place was perfect for our short stay. It was within walking distance to many of the sites we wanted to visit. There are good restaurants and a grocery store nearby. The apartment was spacious and clean. We would definitely recommend others to stay here. Roberta is an excellent host.

Amazing location

We stayed at Roberta’s apartment, and it was a wonderful trip. She was very responsive, she booked a tour for us, and the apartment was stocked very nicely and had the most amazing location. It was just steps from the Vatican Museum. When we’re back in Rome, we’ll stay here again.

Lovely apartment

The apartment was as advertised. It was comfortable with everything we needed. The location, near the Vatican, was perfect. Easy to find and within walking distance of most of the sites of Rome. Would definitely stay there again. The host, Roberta, was quick to respond to every request and secured pickup from the train station as well as car to the airport.

Great apartment

The apartment has AC and elevator which is hard to find. The location is great and walk distance to Vatican, restaurant, and market where we bought fresh fruits, vegetables, and other things like water because weather was hot. Roberta is an excellent host that was friendly and responsive. Will definitely come back!

Vatican Apartment

This apartment was exactly as advertised. The location was perfect, it was very clean, and met my needs perfectly. As a family of 5 this was much better than multiple hotel rooms. The host Roberta was so friendly. She helped us with the check-in process and even store our bags early. We will return here if we’re back in Rome in the future!

Exactly what we needed!

Roberta was a great communicator and host! She arranged a tranfser from the airport right to the door of the VRBO (something I'd never done but highly recommend). The driver was awesome too! The VRBO was very clean, comfortable and located in a very safe area. Our Vatican tour meeting spot was literally across the street from the VRBO! Roberta even gave us recommendations for places to eat and visit (right down to the bus number and location of the bus stops). I would definitely stay here again!

If I could give this apartment 10 stars I would. We stayed in 4 different f VRBOs during our 12 day trip in Italy and this by far was our favorite. The location is wonderful, very convenient to walk to the Vatican and other places. The air conditioner worked great and the apartment was so spacious and so clean. It was perfect for my family if 4. Fabulous Apartment

Absolutely fabulous apartment right next to the Vatican. So spacious (pictures don’t do it justice) & loved having 2 bathrooms. Convenience to the metro, 2 grocery stores, a pharmacy, & plenty of restaurants really paid off for us. We were in Rome during the hottest part of the summer & the AC in the apartment was truly a life saver. A super plus was Roberta setting up airport transportation both directions. Definitely recommend this listing!

Family Trip near next to the Vatican

This was our first trip to Rome. We were able to check in with out any problems. The apartment was clean and very comfortable. We traveled with our young adult children, who were also very satisfied with the accommodations. Roberta left a map of Rome with some recommendations on where to eat. Her recommendations were awesome. The location was great. We were able to walk to the Vatican in minutes. Roberta was a great hostess, she made arrangements to get picked up and taken back to the airport. She made our trip very enjoyable. We would recommend and would definitely return.
