wow

I never write bad reviews, I have used VRBO many times and units have been great, but, this unit was a mess: Air conditioning does NOT work, blows air but not cold! No metal strike plates on balcony door, can not lock door. Very low water pressure and shower head very dirty. missing lights through out the condo. Does anybody actually care about maintaining this unit? wow!

The condo was ok. Outdated but would’ve been fine. There needs to be more detailed cleaning but that wasn’t a deal breaker. The problem was there was no way to control the hvac. Apparently it must be done remotely. In fact, the breaker in the unit wasn’t even on. I’m not sure how anyone this day and age would expect to pay for a rental and not have ac or heat. Also, No remote for one of the bedroom TVs. The PM was not able to tell us anything about why the unit didn’t work. I don’t think they ever even contacted the owner regarding the issue. View was awesome.

Don’t stay here.

Dirty! Smells of mold, door doesn’t latch unless locked, table leg is uneven and held up by a drink coozie so don’t move it. Walls and floors were nasty. Couldn’t get in because we were given the wrong code and no back up key in the lock box and after driving 8 hrs had to spend another hr with a fussy baby trying to get help and get a good code. The whole property is so run down. Pics of place are definitely doctored. Dishwasher flooded the place 2nd day. Rugs and furniture are disgusting and smell. The furniture is so broke down feels as if u are sitting on the floor. Elevator gets stuck between 2nd and 3rd floor often so make sure u have a phone with u when using. Shower doors are nasty and so built up with soap scum and filth. Mouse crap was seen in a few different places. WiFi sucks and not worth using. Broken patio chair that is unusable and not as pictured, not even the same chairs that are pictured. You have to wear plastic wristbands the whole time u are there to be able to use anything they have on the property which for little one can be annoying and irritating. Just spend the money at a hotel and u would have a better experience. 5 days here was a nightmare for us and not worth it. The view of the ocean was awesome but all the other made that not worth it.

Great views

We loved the view. The rooms were comfortable and clean. Other posts for the building said the pool was heated - it was not. The elevator was broken for most of our visit. With older folks the 3rd floor was a a bit of challenge. Grateful it was repaired by check out.
