This home was renovated in 2018 with a second full bath added and newly furnished in 2019. Beautiful east side quiet neighborhood just a block from Lake Superior, beaches and bike paths. Three blocks from popular third street and 5 blocks from downtown. Large back yard and all the amenities to make your stay in Marquette comfortable. Full 4 car garage for storage. Patio furniture available as well. A/C added in 2021.

Clean, cozy home. Good location. Large back yard with deck. Cozy seating area in the front. It met all of our needs. The host, Tim was responsive and friendly. The only very slight problem is that the cookware is old and worn.I grew up in the UP and we come to visit with family yearly. We will seek this home out again. We appreciate that it is affordable.

Love this home!

My husband and I have stayed twice at this lovely property. It's impeccably furnished and maintained. Lake Superior is a short walk away. It's also very close to the Washington/Third Street business corridors. We loved staying here, and hope to stay again.

Excellent property!

We were very happy with our stay! The place is cute as a button & very clean and well maintained. Very cute neighborhood. Great location, close to all the shops, restaurants, hikes and for us it was important to be close to Northern Michigan University for our sons freshman orientation. Would highly recommend.

Great Marquette Location

The house was spotless and communication/check-in was easy and seamless. The layout of the house and outside deck was perfect for a small family gathering. The location though was the best feature. It is in a quiet neighborhood just blocks from the beach and in centrally located between downtown, NMU, and the 3rd street entertainment options.

Perfect place to stay! Loved having a huge driveway (no need to park in the street), my elderly father has mobility issues and had an easy time navigating the ranch style home, internet and cable worked perfectly. Great location and well equipped home.

Cute house close to beach & town

Cute, comfortable home in a nice neighborhood. Easy walk to beach and lighthouse. 20 minute walk to town for shops and restaurants. Kitchen was well stocked with small kitchen table. 2 bedrooms have queen beds and 3rd bedroom has a twin. The home & location worked well for the 2 of us.

Everything about Tim's home met or exceeded expectations! The home and location were perfect for our short getaway to Marquette.
