Located literally just steps from the beach, this brand new construction is truly beach front!! You have complete unobstructed views of the beach with this beauty! Located in Sunny Beach, this gem is located directly on the beach and is just minutes away from the major restaurants and bars, all of Galveston beach attractions, including Pleasure Pier, and has easy highway access!! This is the retreat you have been waiting for! The house offers plenty of space for relaxing and/or entertaining, with two huge balconies, a game room and large patios on all levels. The house comes with all new appliances and is very modern and chic in style.
In an effort to maintain a family atmosphere, we only rent to families or family groups. If you are not with a family group, you must e a responsible adult over the age of 25 to make a reservation.
