Inside, the 3-storey private villa is fully air-conditioned and promises year-round comfort; with toasty underfloor heating and an ambient fireplace for company. A beautiful and restful main living room with fireplace is accompanied by free WiFi access. Upstairs, guests can kick back and relax within the comfy TV room, which is equipped with SKY TV channels. The generous luxury kitchen with elegant dining area is also fully-equipped for budding chefs and catering teams. Outside the sunny private garden boasts a fabulous covered dining area and a gorgeous swimming pool (upon request, heating is available for an extra daily charge).

The villa’s sleeping accommodation is equally tempting and comprises of 3 spacious double king-size bedrooms (the master of which enjoys an en-suite), a tranquil twin bedroom and a flexible 5th bedroom furnished with 2 single beds, each with an additional pull-out single option. Accompanying the gorgeous bedrooms are 3 full family bathrooms and an extra shower room. A jacuzzi tub promises added luxury, for those seeking a moment to soak up some fizz and bubbles.

Guests staying on a weekly basis will enjoy a mid-week villa clean. For those who would like additional housekeeping during their stay, this can be arranged upon request (subject to an extra hourly rate).

The private 3-storey villa is situated along ‘Via Massino’ in Besozzo, 5 minutes’ walk away from the nearest authentic eatery. The well-serviced centre of Besozzo is within 8 minutes’ drive away.

Nearby Ispra (8 minutes’ drive away) offers a wide selection of bars, restaurants, supermarkets, the DK Summer Club, Active Sport Day excursions and lake swimming spots, whilst the famous UNESCO World Heritage site of ‘Hermitage di S. Caterina del Sasso’ in Reno di Leggiuno is only17 minutes’ drive away.

Guests are just 10 minutes’ drive away from Loveno-Mombello, where a selection of authentic Italian restaurants, a host of resort shops, the Laveno-Mombello Nord Train station and the Lake Maggiore car and passenger ferry stop await.
Other local Lake Maggiore highlights include Rocca di Angera castle, the Borromean Islands and the resort towns of Intra, Stresa, Arona and Pallanza.
