About this property

Located in beautiful Grand Junction, Colorado, this delightful two bedroom, two bath condo is located less than 10 minutes from the Colorado National Monument and 45 minutes from Powderhorn Ski Area.

Our property is located in the Ridges and comfortably sleeps 4 adults. The upstairs features a big screen television with access to over 60 television channels, a fully furnished full size kitchen, a laundry room, a sitting bar and a half bath. There are two bedrooms downstairs and a full bath. Also included is free WIFI.

There is a patio deck on the upper level that features a gas barbecue and outdoor sitting area. On the lower level is a covered patio with a larger sitting area. We also have a fire pit if an outdoor fire is your pleasure.

We have everything onsite we can think of to make your stay comfortable. Just bring your suitcase, toothbrush and groceries.

ABOUT THE AREA

Western Colorado offers some of the finest in mountain and road biking, alpine and cross-country snow skiing, fishing, hiking and hunting that you will find anywhere. And you can do it all in fine order from here!

The Colorado National Monument is located on the south side of the valley offering spectacular views and panoramas.

If you play golf, you're only minutes away from any one of five golf courses including Redlands Mesa, Tiara Rado, Adobe Creek, Lincoln Park and Chipeta.

Grand Junction is home to JUCO World Series Baseball, the Grand Junction Rockies Pioneer League Baseball Team, Country Jam USA, Local Jam and Colorado Mesa University (home of the CMU Mavericks).

Founded in 1851, Grand Junction is situated at the junction of the Colorado and Gunnison rivers.

In addition to the natural beauty of the valley, the Grand Valley is host to approximately 18 wineries and several craft breweries as well.

The Grand Valley is home to several biking events including the Fat Tire Festival in Fruita; 18 Hours of Fruita Bike Race; Tabeguache Biking Festival.

Also hosted in the valley is Winefest in Palisade, and Lavendar Festival also in Palisade.

Wonderful host & great location!

What an absolute pleasure it was to stay at this cute, clean & comfortable townhome. Tom is the best host! He's genuine, friendly, helpful & very responsive. My husband & I came to Grand Jct. for an extended stay to help my Father as he was going through cancer treatments. Tom met my Father & throughout our stay he always asked & was concerned about how my Father was doing. The property location is very quiet which we loved as we are from a big city and we treasured that peacefulness. There is not a lot of light pollution so you can see the beautiful stars at night while sitting on the patio or sitting by the fire pit. We truly enjoyed our stay! The kitchen is fully stocked, there are plenty of cleaning supplies, bed linens, towels, etc. Also, the neighbors on both sides of this property were friendly & interactive. You will not be disappointed when you stay here & have the pleasure of meeting Tom & interacting with him. Thank you, Sara & Tony

Grand Junction Visit

Property was clean and very well stocked with dishes, utensils, pots , etc. 2 beautiful decks where one can sit outside and enjoy the weather. Huge outside dining table . Convenient to main street grand junction for shopping and restaurants. Also down the street from Redlands Mesa golf course if one is a golfer.

Condo for Country Jam

This condo was clean and nicely appointed. It was a bit further than we would have preferred, but we booked it last minute. Easy access to highway, downtown GJ and Uber and Lyft came to take us to the festival. Sherry was great to deal with and accommodated every request.

Why they chose this property

Formerly this was a rental property that still remained in my possession after downsizing and was perfect for my lifestyle of leisure and travel. This is a quiet neighborhood of mostly homeowners and truly has, in my opinion, everything going for it. (e.g. location, location, location).
