Perfect for college roommate trip!

Clean and comfortable, perfect location, easy to get anywhere in the Valley, easy access to all kinds of shopping, freeway, Colorado Monument, hiking, vineyards, great restaurants. Nothing in the valley is very far away, this place is pretty much central to wherever you would want to go in the valley. Garbage disposal wasn't working, sent a txt, got an immediate response and it was fixed when we returned that night. Was nice having a bathroom off both bedrooms. Perfect place for two college roommates who've been besties for 50 years :). Would be really comfortable for 4 people as well. Beds and pillows were really comfortable, lots of towels in bathrooms. Quiet neighborhood. Would stay here again.

Wow! So good!

My stay definitely exceeded my expectations. The place is truly lovely and very comfortable. Neighborhood was great and very convenient to shopping and walking. Would highly recommend!

Excellent place to stay

This townhouse was immaculate. It was very comfy and set up in a very convenient way with all the amenities you would want in a vacation home. There were board games to play. There were spices, peanut butter and honey, etc in the kitchen. My husband enjoyed the Keurig very much and now wants one for our home. Additionally, the hostess was very quick to respond to questions and was very friendly and professional without being intrusive. This home is very close to fast food and shopping and worked out well for us as it is near our family. Parking outside was easy and plentiful in the lot out back, but my large pickup fit into the garage (snugly but completely.) We will definitely rent this home again when we return! I would recommend this home to anyone who wants a quiet place to stay while in Grand Junction. You will have the best time - a relaxing, cozy place to stay and a responsive hostess if you need her.
