Wunderschöne Lage aber einiges sollte man vorher wissen

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist hervorragend – nur 5-6 Gehminuten vom Strand entfernt. Der Weg dorthin führt durch wunderschöne Dünen und ist wirklich malerisch. Leider gestaltet sich die Kommunikation etwas schwierig, da diese über eine Agentur läuft. Man erhält einen Vertrag, der leider nur auf Französisch verfasst ist und unterschrieben werden muss. Zudem wird weder im Vertrag noch auf der Seite der Ferienwohnung erwähnt, dass Bettwäsche und Handtücher nicht inklusive sind. Wir standen daher ohne diese da und mussten sie vor Ort kaufen. Alternativ hätte man sie auch zu überteuerten Preisen von der Agentur leihen können. Ebenfalls steht im Vertrag, dass die Wohnung sauber zurückgegeben werden muss, andernfalls wird eine Reinigungsgebühr von 150 Euro fällig. Leider wird nicht näher beschrieben, was genau unter „sauber“ zu verstehen ist, und es gibt vor Ort auch keine Reinigungsutensilien wie Lappen oder Schwämme. Abgesehen davon ist die Wohnung geräumig und verfügt über einen Garten. Die Schlüsselübergabe erfolgt durch die Agentur, die etwa 2 km entfernt ist.
