Absolutely stunning views of the river valley. Home is secluded and private on a dead-end road. We appreciated everything about this home and will definitely stay here again. Communication was great with our host. Highly recommended.

We were delighted with this beautiful home and awesome views. It was a rainy couple of days, but we came “home” each evening to warmth and comfort and beauty. Perfectly clean and the best hosts who went out of their way to make us comfortable. Thank you!

The view!!

The pics do not do it justice! The view alone from the living room, deck, bedroom is worth renting just to see it!

Beautiful, Peaceful Spot

David’s home is an absolutely beautiful spot to getaway, relax and enjoy the view of the river off the deck. The property is spotless, the host was very responsive and easy to communicate with and the house had everything you might need and more. We met family there for a few days and enjoyed many sights in the area including the Eagle center, Frontenac State Park, the Red Wing boot company and Kinstone. Although we cooked a bit we also enjoyed some fun restaurants in the area recommended by the host. We would definitely recommend staying here and will stay again if we are in the area.

Great Weekend!

This is a wonderful home with beautiful views. Set high on a bluff overlooking a river and other bluffs in the background, you will want to spend the majority of your time on the spacious deck. There is a huge yard, with lots of space for kids to run around, play games, etc. The house was immaculate, and David, the owner was very accommodating about suggesting local restaurants and things to do. He even left us some drinks in the fridge! Definitely will be returning! Thanks, David!,

Thanks so much for the kind comments. My mom and dad own the property, and, honestly, he enjoys as much the guests' comments as he does the extra money. He has me print them off, and he shows them to any unassuming soul who has his attention... your comments, simply, are his favorite! And thanks again for staying with us and for taking such great care of the property. Know that you are always welcome here with us.

Mini vacation

The location is spectacular! And the house was very nice. It was clean, nicely furnished, and provided a panoramic view of the Mississippi River valley. The master bedroom is beautiful. The second bedroom was nice, but a much smaller room. This is a beautiful place to be!!
