Loft Parisian style apartment in the heart of the Paris, close to public transport. This is a real one bedroom apartment with a small kitchen, a bathroom and a living area. The apartment is very well done and on the second floor (third floor for US) and top floor of the building. This is a fully renovated building and apartment in an historic building (built in 1860). The building has a double door pass security system.
The room includes a full bed with an amazing mattress with a decent closet with hangers. The kitchen is fully equipped and the bathroom has a shower. The bedroom sleeps two people and the there is a convertible sofa bed which can sleep comfortable one person.
The apartment has been full refurbished in April 2017 and faces south-west, so it has an excellent lighting throughout the day. Both the street and building are quiet.

You will find everything you need at the door step. A good supermarket is just around the corner, the wine store is in front of the house and all independent groceries are in the street (butchers, fruits and vegetables markets and stores, bakery ...). The district has a lot to offer in terms of bars, cafes and restaurants. You will find a few blocks down the infamous street “Oberkampf” where you will find an amazing real parisian nightlife scene. I highly recommend “Le Perchoir” (Rue Crespin DuGast) for a drink.
The line 2 of the metro and other buses lines are about 2mins walking distance from the apartment. 7 mins to reach out the metro line 3.
The line 2 will take you to major tourist attraction such as: Pigalle, Sacré coeur, Champs Elysées,… The line 3 will take you to République, Le Marais, Opéra ...
The bus line 96 is also very convenient for you to move and will take you in the typical district of the Marais then towards the island of the city (Notre dame). The bus stop is just a 2 minute walk away and is located on the square where you will also find the metro.
