Not true. There were sheets, and what we found is that the guests put a second set of sheets on top of the ones we put. I've no idea why. Yes, there were no facecloths, but normally we do not provide those. We got some brand new ones and delivered them to the guest within hours.

The host Damian was a great help to us as we left a bag with valuables in it in the taxi from the airport.He traced the driver and lost bag and prevented our visit to Vancouver from getting off to a bad start.He was very responsive and helpful any time we needed to contact him.The apartment is very comfortable and clean with nice decor in a very central building.There were plenty of towels and supplies.There was a preloaded card to use in the laundry room and a lovely large communal patio with garden furniture beside the 2 lane swimming pool.For a city centre location we found that it was surprisingly quiet in the bedroom area.Would recommend it for a trip to Vancouver.

This was a very comfortable stay for our family of three. Our hosts were responsive and accommodating, all the amenities had been thought of, the building and parking structure were secure, and the location couldn’t be beat!

We had such a great stay in Simeon's apartment. Right in the heart of things and handy for lots of transport options as well as local stuff, including a grocery store less than 100 meters away. The apartment is clean and comfortable h for 2 or 3, and felt like home after a couple of days with all the convenience of your own place. Great to be able to cook a full meal or just have coffee and toast before heading out to explore Vancouver. Walking distance to the waterfront and Stanley Park. We would definitely stay again.

Everything about our stay was excellent. Working with Simeon was easy and pleasant. Simeon showed us around once we got there make sure we knew what to expect and how to find things. Great central location with easy access to everything. Restaurants, cafes and supermarkets within a few steps. This was our first time in Canada and being so central made it easy to navigate. Hosts were responsive and helpful.Apartment was spacious, clean and comfortable, plenty of supplies of towels etc, lots of storage for suitcases. The enclosed balcony area was great. Access to laundry, BBQ area, gym, pool and parking downstairs were all great features.Bit limited on cooking equipment for those that like to stay in and cook a few nights - saucepans, cooking bowls etc. but that doesn’t impact our recommendation.Really enjoyed staying here and would highly recommend.

The place is very clean and the beds are perfect for 99% of the guests. Some guests are just looking for anything to give you a bad review. One guest gave a low review because SOME of the kitchen knives were not sharp enough. Not all knives, but some of them.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 night stay! Wonderful apartment, perfect location, and fabulous hosts. Close proximity to central Vancouver, within walking distance of Stanley Park, Downtown, Gastown, Granville Island, and many other places of interest. We walked everywhere, including both to and from Canada Place with luggage. There are 2 supermarkets close by, and a great liquor store. We loved Elitza's gorgeous artwork which decorated the apartment. All amenities were included - even coffee pods for the coffee machine and detergent pods for laundry. There was some flexibility with the check in and check out times, which made for an easier stay all round. We would definitely stay in this property if we were to visit Vancouver again.

Excellent location

This was the perfect base for the two of us to explore Vancouver. It is a great size, well equipped and a convenient walk to everything we wanted to do. Lots of restaurants and nice grocery very close by. We definitely plan to return!

Our hosts were so accommodating and kind! The apartment was a perfect location for all our desired activities. The building security was very thoughtful, although the neighborhood felt very safe anyway. The size and layout of the apartment was just perfect. We even loved the excellent gourmet grocery store across the street! We hope to stay again.
