DETAILS: Enjoy the coastal elegance and beachfront luxury of "Our Southern Charm"! The lower level of this gorgeous, gulf-facing home offers 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, stunning interiors, private beach access, breathtaking panoramic Emerald Coast views, and incredible accommodations for 8 guests!

Guests are welcomed into the home's main level with a jewel-toned ocean view, lots of natural light, and soft, neutral decor elements. The open layout seamlessly connects the main living, dining, and kitchen areas. Professionally decorated interiors create a warm and inviting ambiance and set the stage for a relaxing getaway. The living room's plush furnishings make the perfect place to sink down in front of the mounted flat-screen television. Bright white cabinets and a white tile backsplash amplify the natural light in the gorgeous kitchen. The chefs in your group will undoubtedly love preparing fresh, coastal meals in this space, which offers top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances, a beautiful farmhouse sink, and lots of countertop space. The breakfast bar creates the perfect place for others to gather over appetizers and entertain the cooks as they work. Guests can enjoy 3 seats at the breakfast bar and 6 additional seats at the adjacent dining table. Steps to the beach!

The property was very nice! Location was perfect. Living room furniture could use some refreshing. We had 4 adults and a baby and the space was great. Can’t beat stepping off the back deck right into the beach and complimentary chairs made it even more convenient. Would definitely book again for another trip!

The location was amazing. Can never go wrong with beach front. Perfect for a group of friends. Would stay there again. Felt like the patio could be power washed and the living room furnitures freshened up. Very easy working with property mgmt.

Girls trip

We wanted a nice place to stay before the next babies were born - giving the moms some relaxation before new babies or additional babies were born. October fall break

The house was nice and located right on the beach. Walking distance to Eastern shore lake. Short drive to Rosemary and Seaside. We had comfortable beds and all we needed to make our stay pleasant. We did not cook or prepare meals.

Wonderful Beach house!

The house was great! The downstairs first level is separate from the entire house (no stairs in the house from first level to second). The second floor had 2 rooms, 1 kid room and 1 full size bed and the third floor had 2 amazing bedrooms. Loved the wrap around balcony to see the ocean from and steps to the beach ,but not for older people because you must walk a good ways and through water to get there.

View is beautiful . Smaller then we expected… very musty smell… no mirrors in house except for in bathroom. Not that close to shopping or restaurants. No beach chairs provided… it was out of season by days and we had to pay additional 300.00 for beach chairs to sit on beach at a beachfront property. We have stayed at a few houses in area and beside the beach view this was our least favorite.

On the Beach !

We planned a last minute get away for a family of 4. How we found this gem I still don't know. I was worried because it wasn't directly in Seaside, which is really where we wanted to be. The beach however was more important to us. I'm so glad we chose this spot ! 360 Blue was very responsive as we encountered a small issue when we checked in, but it was so easily solved and they arrived literally within 30 minutes to help us out. We didn't mind the drive into Seaside and surrounding areas. Everything is so darn close. We were there in January, so not the warmest weather and there was repair work going on with the surrounding houses. But you would have never known it - everything was so quiet. I would highly recommend this place. It is one of the cutest, cleanest properties right on the beach. The sunsets were amazing. Thank you for a wonderful family getaway !

Great location

The beach access and view was even better than the pictures! The house is just 10-20 minutes from anything you want to see on 30A—really convenient! We had a few disappointments. First, the parking. Our adult kids drove in to meet us, but a 3 bedroom, it’s just one parking space.This should be explained in the listing before booking. We found out a few days before when the management company emailed us the last minute details. A day before arrival, we found a storage facility where we could park the extra car (it was $168 for 1 week). Also, the furniture in the living room needs cleaning. It was a little grimy when we got there. And every dish I took out from the cabinet had food on it. Yikes.(but previous people could have just put dirty dishes back—this is why I always wash them before using). On the other hand, the bathroom and bedroom linens were very clean. The kitchen and bathrooms had nice little welcome bags with complimentary soaps and such. And it was so awesome to have the beach chairs reserved already for us! Communication the week of the trip is simplified by an app you can add to your phone—that was amazing!

A new favorite!

We loved this property! It’s updated and well laid out. Our only suggestion is to add a full length mirror or two. The location is just perfect....right on the beach and close to Seaside and other restaurants.

Lovely View

Too small for 7 adults. Two bathrooms is not enough. No other mirrors in the unit. Window in non master king does not stay opened. Grill is old and corroded. It did not work...but the tank was full. Master toilet not attached to floor. But it was a nice location and is fine for 4 people or fam with small kids. Bikes were awesome and the beach was lovely. Parking was fine. Good location right off 30A. Concierge was amazing. Prompt and helpful!

Wonderful property and location

The dedicated covered parking spot was great, and being on a private road felt safe. The house itself was very clean and well equipped, and looked as though it had recent updates. Being right on the private beach was a game changer. We had a spectacular visit!
