Villa CC is part of the Royal Flamingo Villas, a 7.5 acre property which stretches from the Intracoastal to the Ocean. An on-site management office is open Monday to Saturday from 9:00 to 5:00.

The Villas offer shared amenities including: a heated pool, housekeeping services, and 300 feet of private upper beach with stairs to access the lower public beach and ocean. The intracoastal side offers shuffleboard, a putting green and lovely views of the boats going by.

Villa CC is conveniently located just a very short walk to either the upper beach and ocean, the pool or the intracoastal. It's in the perfect spot!

Early check-in and late check-out may be available for your dates. Please ask the Owner if these are needed.

Great location and property for visiting family. Very clean and equipped with all kitchen needs. Only problem is that we arrived from the west coast at 9:45 pm during the rain and there were minimum lights to find the propery off A1A. However, now we know the entrance and location we’re good for next time.

Holiday trip

The villa was wonderful! We enjoyed both beaches and shuffleboard over on the inlet side. The canopies on the upper beach were perfect when the wind was abundant. We walked to some extremely great restaurants!

This is a great property run by a great host. Sandy provided great communication about our upcoming stay with us and had everything lined up exactly as advertised. There were four in our family and there was plenty of room and the convivence to beach (walk) and shopping and restaurants (1 mile) made for a wonderful stay. Highly recommend this property and host
