About this property

Charming villa 3 Bedrooms, Private Pool, BBQ, Wifi, Airco, 5 min to beach

It is a very comfortable 4 facades villa with 150 m2 surface and its own fully private parcel - sunny all day (Wifi and air conditioning in each bedrooms).
Ideally located, close to the sandy beach El Arenal (1400m).
Private and fenced garden. Private parking for 3 cars.
The private swimming pool: in mosaics of 5X9 m, Heat pump + solar cover(for autumn & winter seasons), sunny all day long, small and large depths , LED spots, fully renovated April 2021.
You can also enjoy the new outdoor shower and a pool pergola including a 4mx4m bench and bar.

The villa is made up of 3 bedrooms. There is an air conditioning / Airco in each bedroom and living room.
Each bedroom has blackout curtains, new bedding and mosquito nets.
In term of security, there is a videocamera Reolink.

The villa includes a 40 m2 veranda (closed terrace, with large windows), very pleasant view on the swimming pool and flowered garden with a dining table, sofa corner and fridge.

The outdoor terrace with teak table and chairs has a nice stone barbecue.
At noon and in the evening, it is a real pleasure to have a drink and eat in a friendly atmosphere. Often, the cicadas offer you a nice concert, what a happiness!

To distract or inform you, a flat screen TV with. Satellite reception and Netflix are at your disposal. And recently a new « jeux de pétanque »!

The villa is close from the beach Arenal (1400m), with its bars, restaurants and all amenities.

We had a beautiful 2 weeks at the villa. Wouldn’t hesitate to go back again. The pictures are amazing but it’s better in real life. Frederick the host was brilliant, nothing was too much for him. The grounds and pool are so well maintained and cared for, the BBQ was fabulous and the kitchen was equipped with everything you need and more! Definitely recommend staying here.

Wonderful retreat and great location

Beautiful house with very spacious grounds, pool area, table tennis, swimming equipment, fully equipped kitchen, in a very quiet and well-kept residential area, only 5 minutes by car to the beautiful sandy beach and restaurants, shopping, bars etc. We really enjoyed our stay with our two children and can highly recommend it.

Peaceful stay

This house is ideally located in a quiet neighborhood yet close to beaches and town. The pool and surrounding patio and yard are lovely. Lots of light and a well equipped kitchen made this an enjoyable stay. Frederick is a very responsive host.

Beautiful place! Very spacious, authentic but chique and well decorated. The house included everything we could possibly need and was clean (the pool as well) and included good airconditioning. Nice environment close to supermarket and beach (with the car only 5 min). Great communication with owner and local host, both very helpful. We’d definitely return!

Stunning Villa With Private Pool

This property is WOW, the decoration is stylish and peaceful. The gardens and pool are stunning. Wonderful views of the Montgó. The villa is equipped with everything you need. The area is quiet, just a short drive of a few minutes to the beach, shops and restaurants. Really lovely holiday

Spent just over 2 weeks here with my family (2 adults + 2 kids). Location is ideal, close to town, supermarkets, quiet and scenic ( great view of Montgo Mountain). House is ideal and well equipped. Pool and outside is just as written and very comfortable, clean, well maintained. The hammock is brilliant to relax in when its high heat :-) Air conditioning in all the bedrooms and living room is very welcomed. Communications with the owners is spot on, and they are very helpful and caring. Even installed a keybox for us as we arrived so late in the evening ! The house keeper and gardener is also a fantastic person. Recommend this as a holiday rental to anyone looking for a relaxing break, with close access to the town without knowing its close. Would love to go back.

What a wonderful place!

We have just returned from a fantastic 10 days staying at this property. The villa was even better than we expected, with plenty of living space, a well-stocked kitchen, BBQ, table tennis, boules, other board games... not to mention the amazing pool that we struggled to get our children out of! It felt like a real luxury staying here. There was plenty of space for sunbathing and for staying in the shade. The fruit trees were an added bonus - we enjoyed picking lemons from the tree for our gin and tonics! The property is situated on a quiet street and is very private. The nearest beach and restaurants - are a short drive away. We made use of the local taxi company at night a couple of times and that was perfectly easy to do. The communication with Fred was excellent throughout. Jose was really pleasant to deal with too.

Superior Villa Experience

We've rented villas in Javea and other locations near and far for two decades now and have never experienced such a well-equipped, well-kept rental with 10/10 communication from both the owner and his property manager. The villa is immaculate, with everything any family needs - whether it is enough bedding and towels, kitchen equipment, cleaning products, pool toys and especially the fantastic thought given to electrical and internet connections - there are many plug sockets, chargers, Wifi boosters and everything any modern family would need for all their holiday requirements. We arrived to well-stocked cupboards (herbs, spices, essentials) and even alcohol and mixer drinks. The philosophy is 'use it and then restock it' - we arrived to find 3 bottles of wine, so left leaving 4 bottles of wine! Eventually there will be enough for everyone to enjoy a full season! Communication with the owner and his manager José was way and immediate, and the advice and help given was indispensable. The villa is located in a great position only five minutes drive from Arenal beach with all its bars and restaurants, and the same from Consum and Masymas supermarkets. Powerful showers, comfy beds, efficient air conditioning and a great pool - we'd recommend this villa to anyone! Mercy a tous!

Fantastisch huis. Nog mooier en ruimer dan op de foto's. Zwembad is heerlijk, zeker door de ruime overkapping, waardoor je met zijn allen heerlijk in de schaduw kunt zitten. Alle benodigdheden zijn aanwezig. Zelfs opblaasbanden voor in het zwembad. Het huis zelf is sfeervol ingericht en ook van alle gemakken voorzien. In alle kamers is airco aanwezig.

Amazing Villa

Nous avons passé d excellentes vacances dans cette magnifique villa qui est située dans un quartier au calme mais proche de Javea. La maison, la piscine et le jardin sont très agréables et particulièrement bien entretenus par le propriétaire Frederick. Quel plaisir d y passer des vacances; un bien magnifique, bien situé, entretenu et bien équipé ( nous avons pu profiter de jeux neufs mis à disposition spécifiquement pour nos enfants: top!). Un tout grand merci à Frederick (et Jose) pour cet accueil, le soucis permanent de notre satifaction et globalement pour la qualité de ce séjour en famille. Nous reviendrons, c est certain !

Nous avons passé un bon séjour dans cette propriété. Elle est a 5 min en voiture de la playa del arenal et est super équipé (au niveau de la cuisine, salle de bain, sanitaire, piscine et meubles extérieurs…). On a malheureusement pas eu beaucoup de chance avec le temps. Heureusement, la maison a répondu pleinement à nos attentes. La maison est parfaitement située à moins de 5 minutes en voiture des plages. Bien équipée, la maison climatisée dans toutes les pièces répond aux attentes. Belle véranda avec vue sur la piscine. Magnifique villa, dans un cadre agréable et verdoyant. Tout confort.

Très belle villa, dans un environnement calme avec une belle piscine. Grâce aux moustiquaires, nous avons pu profiter de nuits paisibles. Les chambres sont spacieuses et les lits très confortables. Nous avons passé d'excellents moments à la terrasse et même pu déjeuner au soleil, vraiment très sympa! Le soir, un vrai plaisir de manger à la terrasse couverte ou partager des jeux ou encore regarder la télévision. Excellent séjour! Léna et Martin

Our villa is close to all shops (500m supermarket), restaurants (1,4KM), pharmacy, center of Javea and sandy beach (1,4 km).
The plot of our villa is fully private and fenced.

Javea or Xabia is a seaside town located on the Costa Blanca, very pleasant where life is good!
This resort has focused on rental and expatriate tourism, which is the antithesis of mass tourism.
Javea is one of the very popular destinations because of its magnificent views and beaches. Known as "Hot Spot", the promenade is lined with many restaurants, bars and clubs offering a varied gastronomy and a lively nightlife.
You will also enjoy a range of very extensive leisure activities, including cycling, mountain hiking, sailing, diving, swimming, jetskiing, speedboat, pedal boating, petanque, photography, golf, horse riding and the hike and finally a range of restaurants that will satisfy everyone to the most gourmet!

Via the port of Denia; or about 18KM from the villa, it will take you 1:30 min Ferry / boat to reach the island of IBIZA.
