Nice 3P of 76 m ², in a building of good Standing on the 3rd and before last stage. Without vis-à-vis, and crossing East / West, it offers a beautiful panorama on the bay of Nice and the mountains in the distance. Perched on a small green hill, the tranquility is disturbed in summer by the cicadas of the nearby pine forest.
The air of the valley brings a refreshing breeze in summer that contrasts with the torpor of the city center. Access to the A8 motorway (Aix / Marseille and Italy) is fast and close, and the international airport is less than 10 minutes by car.
A staircase descends from the building to the city center and its shops, 5 minutes walk. SNCF station, Nice International Airport, beaches and the Marina of St-Laurent du Var as well as the large shopping center Cap 3000 are in 5 minutes by bike or car, possible on foot for athletes who like to climb the hill.
It is an ideal apartment to access very quickly all the beauties of Nice and the Nice hinterland.

Great views downhill walk to dining and groceries

Check in was easy being able to communicate directly with owner to set up check in time and with flexibility. The views from the patio over to Nice and the airport provide great mornings and evening entertainment. It’s a short walk down the steep hill to St Laurent du Var where there are good restaurants and several grocery stores and bakery’s. The unit has everything you need for your stay for cooking, cleaning, sleeping and has laundry. We spent a week here and would definitely come back.

This property is excellent! The panoramic view of the bay and the city is very beautiful. It is located within a few minutes from the airport and the highway access. You can also reach Cap 3000 in a few minutes, a very large mall with over 300 shops and restaurants. The apartment is very large compared to others in the area and is equipped with everything you need. It is an excellent choice for a family who wants to explore the Côte d'Azur. The host is very friendly and we thank him for everything.
