Perfect Maine Getaway – Walk to Downtown, Cozy for All - Flexible Cancellation.

Our beach-themed retreat is ideally located just a 10-minute walk from shopping and dining in downtown Kennebunkport. It’s a short 1.5-mile drive to Gooch's, Middle, and Mothers Beach, with a parking pass available for summer stays (June-September). The property is also near Webhannet Golf Course and a 4-minute walk to Hillcrest pitch and putt. Explore the nearby Franciscan Monastery or scenic Bridal Path.

We offer all the comforts of home, including a well-equipped kitchen, dining room, living room with a flat-screen TV and gas fireplace, and ceiling fans throughout. The master bedroom has a queen bed with a new en-suite bathroom, the second bedroom also has a queen bed, and the third has 3 twin beds. A baby pack and play is available.

The property is set on a landscaped grassy corner lot with a new gas grill, patio furniture, and a large outdoor shower for rinsing the salt and sand off. The yard is perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach or exploring the area. Make sure you cook up some lobsters and steamers the Maine way.

Place was great and exactly as advertised. Very clean and close to everything. We walked to town. Plenty of kitchen items so you can cook and eat and drink there. Very clean and VERY spacious. Loved having 2 bathrooms! Owner was easy to contact when I had a question. Would highly recommend.

It was not an inexpensive rental but that is subjective and you get what you pay for. It was an excellent experience, very comfortable, and located perfectly, Only concern we’d have renting this property again is that it does not appear to have AC. A summertime rental would need it. We went in mid Sept and it was just fine.

This was a great house for us 4 adults and 2 kids! A short walk into town which was great. And plenty of attractions in close driving range. Definitely would recommend this place. And loved the fact that there were all kinds of condiments, spices etc that came in handy!

Perfect Costal Maine Stay

What a wonderful stay in Kennebunkport! The house is perfectly appointed with everything you could ever need, and is walking distance to town which made for great dinners and breakfasts.
