The second bedroom also has a designated bathroom that adjoins both the bedroom and hall. Three TV's (1 65-inch, 2 55-inch) with over 150 channels, Roku TV, three Blu-ray players and high-speed wireless internet. Guests will enjoy the quality construction and furnishings. Hardwood floors in living area, luxury vinyl in the bedrooms and ceramic tile in the kitchen and bathrooms. The open kitchen has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and quality cookware. The condo is conveniently located across the street from the Oak Island Pier and its adjoining restaurants. Conveniently located to other island amenities. Two parking passes are provided with each rental. Both covered and uncovered parking is available at the condo community.

The Yaupon Dunes pool is open annually from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Specific condo communities may keep the pool open past Labor Day depending on the homeowner's association's recommendation.
