The living room couch is super cozy. Don't fall asleep! Big Screen TV in game/lounge room with pool table and 80's style arcade games. The Game Room is truly a clubhouse for fun and watching for all. The Spa Resort style bathroom were recently remodeled. Master shower waterfall shower with jacuzzi hot tub and TV in the bathroom???!! Yup! They are amazing. For you working travelers, we got you covered. Full office desk space seperate room with TV hanging from the ceiling. Cozy Tempurpedic Beds and all sorts of pillow types with blackout curtains for great sleep and cool comfort. You will love the seperated areas, kitchen has full amenities. Coffee? We have a DeLonghi fresh grind/fresh brew with several Cafe coffee brew options including expresso shots, Americano, cappuccino, latte, double shots, milk and cream frother and more. Fun Townhouse away from home.

This property was very spacious, clean, with plenty of room for family and friends. The game room with the pool table was a added plus that kept us entertained. The property manager Jeff was amazing. He stayed in communication making sure everything was OK. He also even came and put up some Christmas decorations. Great place for extended stays. I will reserve this again for special occasions.

Los Colinas townhouse

Our family stayed in Jeff’s home for 20 days over the Christmas Holidays . Jeff did a great job stocking the townhouse with everything you could need for a comfortable stay. He put up a Christmas tree and other holiday decorations prior to our arrival that made us feel right at home . The townhouse worked great for a our family , as my adult son could hang out in the game room , and we used the rest of the house to entertain grandkids and other family members . There are televisions in every room , and lots of space to spread out . The neighborhood is very walkable and safe . I went out to walk our dog late at night and always felt safe and secure . Thank you Jeff for a great stay

Home away from home

We stayed for 8 weeks while our home was being renovated. Condo was super comfortable and had everything we could need. Really enjoyed the pool table room and enjoyed walking around the neighborhood in the evenings. Owner was very responsive to all our questions. Highly recommend this property for a long term stay.

Sports Mecca

Jeff the property manager is awesome. The property was close to the Toyota Music Hall just like stated. Well, stock home. We enjoyed our stay. Will be staying here again.

I've made the home as cozy and comfortable as possible with all the entertainment features that you would want. All major highways lead you to anywhere quickly. It's convenient to DFW Airport, Dallas Love Field, Arlington, Dallas Stadium for World Cup all the new Las Colinas attractions including the Toyota Music Factory and Irving Convention Center with multiple bars and restuarants. There are many amenaties in the area.

What makes this property unique

The benefits of the home include a large pool table/recreation room with home theater and workout equipment. Cafe Style Coffee bar, tempurpedic beds and blackout curtains. The ladies will love the newly remodeled spa bathrooms. Mater includes jacuzzi tub with TV and Waterfall Shower. There are 2 large living areas for separate entertainment with an executive desk and office along with 2 eating areas. WIFI and all TV options for full entertainment. Clean water filtered water throughout the home with continuous water heating so never a loss of hot water for showers.
