The domain welcomes you in comfort and calm in a park of one hectare, located in Douarnenez, Brittany 5 minutes from all amenities and beaches. The cottage accommodates up to 18 people, for holidays, family weekends, birthdays ... On site, ping-pong, barbecue and pool are at your disposal! For nature lovers hiking is organized to discover the tip of the Raz, commented walks of Tristan Island, discovery of Port Rhu ...
The house can comfortably accommodate up to 18 people. Served by a spacious entrance with a large closet and toilet, you enter a large dining room of 70m ² very bright thanks to its large bay window overlooking the pool and the wooden terrace of 150 sqm.
The room is equipped with all the modern comfort (television, wifi ...) A very large table allows you to gather together around a good meal.
The kitchen Spacious and functional it is equipped with dishwasher, stove, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, coffee maker ... as well as a complete cookware. Finally, in the back kitchen you will find a washing machine, dryer and toilet.
For rooms, you access the first floor by an original staircase in wood and iron. It leads to a clearance followed by a corridor overlooking 4 large rooms each with a bathroom and toilet.
On the 2nd floor, 2 other attic rooms each with bathroom and toilet, one with shower.

THE BEST!!!!!

We had a blast, this place let us have a dream holiday with our friends and all our children. We could not have asked for any more! The grounds and the playroom kept our children busy all holiday! Simply perfect!

Fantastic place for group holiday

The house was amazing. 6 ensuite bedrooms, a large living dining room and a large play room with many toys, games, cuddly toys etc. Extensive grounds with pool, hottub, boules area - and tame goats!! There were 16 of us (9 adults and 7 children aged 9-3). We all loved it!

Un séjour très agréable

Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances. La maison est vraiment très spacieuse, la salle de jeux est un vrai plus pour occuper les enfants. L'emplacement est idéal, au calme tout en étant proche de toutes commodités en voiture. Le fait qu'il y ait une salle de bain/d'eau par chambre est vraiment très appréciable, surtout lorsqu'on a des enfants en bas âge. Quelques petits points à signaler cependant :- le bain nordique n'est pas facile à utiliser, soit très long à chauffer donc tiède, puis d'un coup trop bouillant.- la piscine est quant à elle très fraîche, et la barrière de sécurité en bois qui donne sur le vide est bancale, il faudrait penser à la changer pour plus de sécurité pour les enfants.- enfin, un objet en métal a été malencontreusement placé dans le micro-ondes, ce qui, lors de son utilisation, a causé des étincelles. De légères traces de brûlé étaient apparentes à l'intérieur, mais le micro-ondes fonctionnait très bien à notre départ. On nous a tout de même demandé d'en payer un neuf, d'une valeur de 89 euros, clairement plus cher que la valeur du micro-ondes qui était déjà dans la maison.Mise à part tout ceci, nous avons passé un agréable séjour.

Impossible de s'ennuyer!

Super gite pour 3 ou 4 familles. La région est magnifique!! Encore faut-il arriver à décrocher les enfants des nombreuses activités que proposent le gite. Même en cas de mauvais temps, impossible de s'ennuyer. Avoir une salle de bain par chambre est parfait lors des retours de la plage. Bref, merci à nos hôtes! je recommande ce gite.

location 1 semaine aout 2023 entre soleil et temps mitigé

Superbe location, dans un coin de verdure extraordinaire à 5min en voiture du centre, mais à l'écart du bruit complet. De quoi s'occuper par temps de pluie avec une salle de jeux complète (PlayStation,baby, billard...) et d'activité extérieur pour les temps meilleurs (pétanque,bain nordique...). Un logement avec 6 chambres,et leur salle de bain/wc privatifs et d'un grand espace salle à manger pour tous se retrouver , toutes les locations ne dispose pas de cette avantage ! On y trouve également un espace buanderie sèche linge et machine à laver,bien pratique ! L'hôte à tout prévu, tout est bien pensé du début à la fin. On peut toujours trouver quelques petites choses de négatif si on cherche comme des portes qui s'ouvrent mal ,des carrelages qui se décolle ou des ustensiles de cuisines supplémentaire qui serait utile (des grands couteaux de cuisine par exemple) ,ou des petits travaux d'entretien mais on peut comprendre que pendant la haute saison c'est compliqué de faire 2/3 mise à jour En une phrase : Je recommande à 100% ,et nous sommes pret à y repasser nos prochaines vacances les yeux fermés !!😄 Jean Jacques

Maison idéale pour un week end en famille ou entre amis

Francesca est une hôte très sympathique et à l'écoute de nos besoins. Cette maison est idéale pour Week end entre amis ou familles avec des chambres très bien agencées et avec chacune une salle de bains.
