The villa has a gazebo, barbecue, wood-burning oven, double kitchen (indoor and outdoor), bathroom-showers (indoor and outdoor), ample free parking inside, large air-conditioned lounge.
The villa can comfortably accommodate up to 12 people.
the rooms are arranged as follows: n. 3 double bedrooms, n. 1 bedroom with three single beds, n. 1 bedroom with single bed, n. 1 bedroom with sofa bed. One of the double rooms has a crib for baby guests.
Guests will be given brochures of neighboring places full of beauty and charm.
5 km Noto: city of the Baroque. 
Other beautiful beaches to visit are: Calamosche and the Vendicari nature reserve. 
A15 minutes by road you get to Marzamemi, which with its characteristic port, in the evening turns and becomes a meeting place for many young people for the various local, typical restaurants.
You can also go to Ragusa Ibla (57 km) looks like a small crib and Modica (44 km), famous for its Baroque architecture and its houses, and its chocolate. 
Less than 100 km away you can reach Catania, the second largest city in Sicily, and go up to Mount Etna, the highest active volcano in Europe. 
If you have time don't forget to visit Taormina, known throughout the world for its narrow streets, restaurants and landscapes beyond the various bazaars and luxury shops

Wonderful Villa with aura near amazing beach

Great thanks to Alessio for our excellent holidays! Villa is very comfortable, quiet and beautiful. Amazing sandy beach is in 10 min by walking. Special comment from our boys: stable WI-FI is available in all parts of Villa and garden. It should be noted that Alessio is unique host: all questions and requests before and during staying were solved in a moment. Best recommendations.

Wonderful Beach Getaway in Sicily

My family and I stayed in Lido di Noto and this was the perfect place to be at the coast and close to other towns to visit. The home was clean and beautiful. The pool was a great additional piece. Very well appointed and comfortable for 3 adult couples. The weather was a little chilly but did have a wonderful one day for the beach! Went to Noto and Avola and just enjoyed our time of 3 days there. Would definitely stay again! Maybe next time later in the summer.

Great place by the beach

Location location location at a very reasonable price . Just 10 mins walk from the beach . Brilliant outside area for cooking and relaxing . A great base for exploring Sicily . Alessio was super helpful , really good communication. He Arranged a welcome pack . Sorted out a late check out and was a very useful source of information. Thank you Alessio for everything.

sehr schönes Ferienhaus mit Aussicht von der Terrerrasse aufs Meer.

Ein schönes Ferienhaus mit einer schönen Außenanlage(großer Tisch unterm Zitronenbaum,Pizzaofen Grill, komplette Küche im Außenbereich). Für 10 Personen war genügend Platz. Da wenig Feriengäste in der Umgebung waren,war es sehr ruhig.

Che bella vacanza!!!!

Alessio il proprietaio , è stato gentilissimo, ci ha fatto sentire a casa nostra e villa Carlotta ha soddisfatto tutte le ns esigenze , grande spaziosa con tutte le comodità, ci siamo goduti anche l'esterno: abbiamo cucinato e mangiato fuori e abbiamo passato delle belle serate nelle poltrone davanti casa. ci hanno fatto compagnia anche 2 tartarughe. Avevamo soggiornato anche l'anno scorso a lido di Noto ma quest'anno a villa Carlotta siamo stati molto meglio. Grazie Alessio

Excellent stay with a great host!

Villa Carlotta is a very spacious, well-designed, comfortable and lovely place to stay! One can find everything necessary to feel like home. We also liked the villa being very close to the sea with a nice beach, reachable in just 5 minutes on foot. It's also worth mentioning the speedy wifi. Special thanks to Alessio who was a great host, very helpful, attentive and kind. Btw, thanks for tip with Castelmola - it's a beautiful place with fantastic sea and Etna views! Also thanks for the lemons from your garden- we even took some back home! ;) To conclude, I definitely recommend Villa Carlotta and would come back here if ever again in Sicily!

Very helpful and friendly host

Alessio is a great host. He provides lots of pointers on what to visit and where to go to. He is helpful to any request and takes good care of his guests. We even received presents on arrival and check-out. For eight people, the villa is sized generously. The house is clean and tidy. The facilities are simple but complete. We especially enjoyed the outdoor facilities: gas cooker, pizza oven, shower, roofed patio. The children loved the two tortoises in the garden. A small supermarket and the beach are only a few minutes away by foot.

Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis

Generell hat uns unser Aufenthalt in Lido di Noto sehr gefallen. Wir hatten tolles Wetter Anfang Juli (gar nicht so heiß, wie wir befürchtet haben, aber das ist wahrscheinlich jedes Jahr anders...) und der Strand ist super, sauberes Wasser, nicht kalt, aber auch nicht zu warm, also gerade richtig ;) Man kommt auch gut zu vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten der Insel von diesem Standpunkt aus. Die Unterkunft war nicht ganz so wie erwartet, am Anfang ging die Klimaanlage nicht, was aber daran lag, dass der Stecker nicht eingesteckt war ;) und es gab auch nicht in jedem Zimmer eine. Die Ausstattung ist teilweise schon etwas altersschwach, was uns jetzt aber nicht gestört hat. Für 12 Personen ist die Unterkunft nicht wirklich geeignet, wir waren zu 11, davon 2 Kleinkinder und haben gerade so Platz gefunden (ein kleines Zimmer ist nicht wirklich bewohnbar). Aber sonst ist das Haus schön geräumig. Der Weg zum Strand dauert ca.10 Minuten zu Fuß. Sehr positiv hervorzuheben ist, dass Allessio immer fast sofort zur Stelle war, wenn irgendwas nicht gestimmt hat und bei unserer Ankunft hat er sehr viel Geduld mit uns gehabt, da wir wegen Flugverspätung erst nach Mitternacht angekommen sind. Die Unterkunft ist für den Preis auf jeden Fall weiterzuempfehlen.

Liebe Annagret, es tut mir leid, dass Sie sagen, dass die Villa nicht für 12 Personen geeignet ist. Dass eines der Zimmer etwas kleiner ist, stimmt zwar, aber das heißt nicht, dass es nicht für ein Doppelzimmer geeignet ist. Außerdem gibt es 3 von 4 Klima, was ich denke, kann genug sein, angesichts der milden Temperaturen auch im Sommer. Ich wollte auch betonen, dass .. L das nächste Mal, wenn Sie von anderen Einrichtungen gehostet werden, sich sauberer verhalten, haben Sie mir ein Durcheinander hinterlassen und ich habe auch einige kaputte Sachen gefunden. Bellissima vacanza

La casa di Alessio e semplicemente magnifica, il giardino con gazebo in legno, il forno a legna la cucina esterna tutto bellissimo e super funzionale, la casa è composta da tre camere matrimoniali una tripla una singola e all’occorenza un divano letto, due bagni è una doccia all’esterno tutto molto carino e funzionale. Alessio il proprietario di casa è stato gentilissimo, ci ha fatto gustare un “pane cunzato” fatto in casa spettacolare ci ha consigliato anche una cantina per acquistare dei vini “la cantina Novello” davvero ottimi. Sicuramente è una situazione che consiglierò ai miei amici.

Great place for visiting south Sicily

We spent unforgettable three weeks on villa Carlotta. Many thanks to Alessio for his responsiveness and his advices. It was a great pleasure to cook on open kitchen and barbecue, to walk to the sea and back, to visit nearest beautifull towns. The house is comfortable, any problems were solved very quickly.

We had a pleasant stay at Alessio 's house. He welcomed us very warmly and was very carefull that our stay was ok. In case of needed, he was very helpfull. The house is perfeclty located to visite the South west part of Sicile and 5 minutes by foot to the nice of beach Lido di Noto. We were 3 families with 6 children. I would sugest To be Only 2 families with children. The terrasse is perfect To eat outside and for BBQ. I would recommand you To stay there.

Bonjour, nous avons passe 10 JOURS En cousinades dans cette magnifique region du sud de la sicile. Nous etions 11, maison bien situee a 3Km De l 'autoroute , déplacements pour visites facilités.La villa est spacieuse a l interieur, chambres ok, 3 Douches avec 1 douche exterieure tres utile, exterieur avec bbq et four a pizza tres plaisant. Le propriétaire ALESSIO est très prévenant, et d'excellent conseil pour les restaurants du coin et les visites. Très beau sejour LES COUSINS CANNES HYERES TOULON, Serge en rédacteur

Persona molto cordiale a conduzione famigliare. Il signor Alessio è di una disponibilità assoluta fa sentire i propri ospiti a proprio agio mettendosi a completa disposizione 360gradi. Casa in una posizione strategica e comoda, le stanze accoglienti, servita con tutto il necessario: bagni con doccia, biancheria, tv, armadi, Wi-Fi e condizionatori; la casa offre moltissimi servizi aggiuntivi barbecure, cucina esterna, doccia esterna e giardino molto accogliente. Il proprietario ci ha dato delle dritte suoi posti dove andare a cena, a visitare e mare. Consigliatissimo! Da tornarci se ci sarà occasione

Bellissimo soggiorno presso villa Carlotta!

Soggiornare presso Villa Carlotta e' stato veramente piacevole!La Casa corrisponde pienamente alla descrizione sul sito ed , Alessio, il proprietario e' stato gentilissimo ed ospitale.Pur essendo un gruppo numeroso (7 adulti con 5 bimbi a seguito)non abbiamo faticato a trovare spazi adeguati per una serena convivenza; l'esterno della casa offre un gazebo con BBQ, cucina e doccia molto funzionale e un tavolo che ci ha permesso di cenare all'aperto!Il lido di Noto ha un mare caraibico che si raggiunge con una camminata di 10 minuti!Il proprietario si e' premurato di farci trovare anche delle biciclette per colmare la distanza!unico neo...la vacanza e' durata troppo poco!

Villa incantevole

La Villa è esattamente come descritto. Alessio (il proprietario) persona molto disponibile e gentile. La Villa è a due passi dallo splendido mare di Noto ed è situata in una posizione ideale per visitare posti eccezionali come Noto, marzanemi, riserva di vendicari, Siracusa, ed altre meravigliose zone del posto. La Villa è molto pulita e attrezzata. Consigliatissima!!!

Meravigliosa vacanza

Splendida villa a poche centinaia di m dal mare. Dispone di tutti i comfort ed il proprietario Alessio è un giovane e disponibile per tutte le necessità e fornisce ottimi suggerimenti. Si trova nella meravigliosa val di Noto a pochi km dalla città barocca e da Siracusa. Dista pochi km dalla riserva naturalistica di Vendicari e dal borgo marinaro di Marzamemi e il paese di Portopalo di capo passero. A 4 km è posizionata la pianeggiante Avola, famosa per la sua mandorla e il buon vino. Da visitare nella sua collina i famosi laghetti di Casagrande del Cassibile. Anche in questa stagione autunnale si può ammirare il mare limpido, che invita a tuffarsi e le sue spiagge di sabbia dorata. Un luogo unico da visitare e ove ritornare certamente per visitare altre città splendide , come Ragusa Ibla, Modica, e Scicli, dove si trovano i paesaggi di Montalbano.

Del soggiorno di 21 giorni in villa francesca posso solo dare parere positivo, la villa e´molto curata anche nei minimi particolari, il parcheggio permette di posteggiare fino a 4 macchine le stanze sono tutte ben pulite e tutto e´funzionante, i proprietari sono persone davvero squisite e a modo pronti sempre se si presenta una domanda o un problema.
