Cosy hideaway in the old town

We had a fantastic week in Vivian's apartment. The apartment was clean and a cool hideaway in the midday heat. Plenty of space for a family of 5 with teenage children. The apartment itself was fantastic. Very well set up. Would have loved to be able to stay there except for the access to the apartment itself. Being unable to walk very well the hundreds of steps from the square to the apartment were difficult to navigate. So it was quite a physical seat to get to and from the apartment. Other than that, it was a great stay the apartment is located, which is more preferable for younger people or people without any physical mobility issues.

And a fire a scape in an old stone building in Italy I don’t think you will ever come across. And I am shore you know this country better than me. But of course, I am open for suggestions. Wonderful stay!

The property is in a great medieval location for anyone who has an interest in history. There are many quaint restaurants and shops within walking distance and the beach and town area is within walking distance as well. The apartment is very clean, well appropriated, and well stocked with any neccessary supplies. The only hesitation would be if someone was physically challenged because from the square to the front door of the apartment it is a climb of 96 steps(my granddaughter counted) and parking is wherever you can find it in the street. For us, this was not an issue. Overall, we very much loved our stay and Vivian is an outstanding hostess.

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt

Die Wohnung mit kleinem Balkon befindet sich im historischen Zentrum von Terracina. Das Haus liegt erhöht und ist über verschiedene Treppenanlagen der Stadt erreichbar (man muss gut zu Fuß sein). Dadurch hat man aber einen wunderschönen Blick auf Kathedrale und die Piazza mit Bars und Restaurants, wo es abends auch oft Musik gab. Man kann auch bis zum Meer hinunter schauen. Bars und Restaurants sind in direkter Umgebung, zum Strand läuft man ca. 15 min. Wir haben den Aufenthalt mitten im lebendigen Zentrum von Terracina sehr genossen. Auch in der näheren und weiteren Umgebung gibt es viel zu entdecken.

Wochenende in Terracina

Mein Sohn und ich waren zur Taufe meines Enkels eingeladen, deshalb suchten wir eine 2 Zimmerwohnung in der Nähe des Doms, in der Altstadt. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Der Blick auf den Platz und dem Dom ist grandios von den Fenstern aus. Man kann nicht mit dem Auto vor die Wohnung fahren, deshalb ist diese Wohnung für Gehbehinderte oder Personen die schlecht zu Fuß sind nicht geeignet. Es sind einige Treppen zu erklimmen bis man zur Wohnung kommt. Ansonsten ist die Lage super und sehr zentral in der Altstadt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Danke an Vivienne

Das Appartement war wunderschön und die Aussicht ein Traum. Alles war sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Kommunikation mit Vivian war problemlos und wir konnten sogar etwas früher einchecken. Ein kleines aber gibt es jedoch. Da die Wohnung nur über sehr viele Treppen und/oder unebene Wege zu erreichen ist, ist es für jemanden, der nicht gut zu Fuß ist, schwer diese Wohnung zu erreichen. Auch mit Kleinkind und Buggy war es nicht immer einfach. Trotzdem würden wir wiederkommen, da die Sauberkeit und der schöne Ausblick alles rausreißt.

Die Ferienwohnung liegt im Zentrum der historischen Altstadt von Terracina mit Blick über die Piazza Municipio, das Forum Romanum, die Stadt und Landschaft bis zum Meer (ca 15 Minuten zu Fuß). Die Wohnung im Altbau ist schön und funktional für bis zu 5 Personen. Gute Restaurants, Café/Gelateria und ein kleines Lebensmittelgeschäft sind fußläufig erreichbar. Vivian è stata molto disponibile e accogliente. La casa è molto ben attrezzata , organizzata e pulita. Weekend a Terracina

La proprietà è bellissima e si trova nella parte vecchia della città. È posta in un punto parecchio alto del paese e per questo motivo è necessario salire scale e scalini. Diciamo che la fatica è ampiamente ricompensata dalla vista meravigliosa sul mare, su Terracina e sul duomo. La casa è pulitissima e la proprietaria gentilissima e disponibile. Il punto in cui si trova permettere di raggiungere a piedi qualsiasi parte della città. Anche le spiagge cittadine, raggiungibili a piedi in una ventina di minuti. Ho soggiornato per un weekend con la mia famiglia e una cagnolina. Tutto perfetto. La consiglio vivamente. Ci tornerò.

Soggiorno con bambini

La casa è molto bella ed ha al suo interno tutti i comfort e anche la sua posizione nel centro storico è quasi magica. La proprietaria ci ha accolto molto bene e curato i dettagli del nostro soggiorno. L'unica scomodità per noi è stata quella di dover utilizzare molto la macchina, anche per arrivare al mare, perché con due bambini piccoli la distanza è un po' troppa. Ma tutto molto bello!

Beautiful interior, perfect location, all in all a very pleasant stay

The flat is very generous, perfect for 4 guests, one can see that the landlady is a skilled interior designer. She was also very nice and tried to make our stay very pleasant for us. The location is in the historic city center, one has to climb many stairs to get there (which keeps you fit), and the beach is within walking distance. There is a nicely managed beach (white beach) where you can get an umbrella and chairs, the sea is clear and clean, there are supermarkets and grocery stores as well as cafes and restaurants close by. We can truly recommend the place.
