The villa consists of two apartments, plus an annex, each apartment is able to accommodate up to a maximum of six people.
The guests, while remaining at the center of the main points of interest in the area will be immersed in an oasis of prosperity and tranquility. Walking through the many trails will not be difficult to see squirrels in the branches of trees, to come across deer frolicking undisturbed through the fields and still meet porcupines, foxes and hawks.
4 minutes from the town of Bolsena, 8 minutes from that of Montefiascone, 25 km from the centers of Orvieto and Viterbo, the estate is situated in an ideal location for visiting this beautiful area, so rich in unique places!
Of course those who will want will be a refreshing dip in the lake.

The setting is just gorgeous - gardens, vegetation and the building exterior. Very spacious well-kept grounds with access (via a steep path) to the lake-side and the peaceful and secluded private beach. Lovely pool area and decent-sized well-maintained pool. The apartment interior was spacious and rustic - fairly basic but authentic farmhouse furnishings. The only negative thing to say would be that it could have been cleaner.

Traumhaftes Haus am See

Unsere kleine Wohnung im ersten Stock war liebevoll eingerichtet, die Wohnküche so geräumig, dass unsere zwei Kinder (1 und 3) toll spielen konnten. Der Strand ist idyllisch, auf dem kurzen und steilen Weg dahin wachsen Brombeeren. Auch im Garten haben unsere Kinder gerne gespielt. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und entspannt, sodass wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Einziges kleines Manko der Wohnung: kein Seeblick. Aber da ist man ja tagsüber und man kann sie vom Garten aus sehen. Und hinten raus sieht man schöne alte Bäume!

Da provare!

Abbiamo trascorso (io e il mio compagno) una settimana in questo luogo magico. Il casale, posizionato su un colle a poche centinaia di metri dal lago, possiede una vista unica. E' anche possibile andare a fare il bagno nella spiaggia privata (è raggiungibile tramite un bellissimo sentiero tra gli ulivi); una mattina abbiamo provato l'ebrezza di fare il bagno completamente da soli, veramente un sogno! L'appartamento nella sua semplicità risulta molto carino e accogliente con tutto il necessario. Voglio ringraziare infine i prorietari per la loro gentilezza e disponibilità, spero di tornare a trovarvi presto!!

Great holiday in a great place!

I arrived at this place by chance and found a paradise. The structure in its simplicity retains a unique charm. Strategic location. near the center of Bolsena (about 3km). The private beach is a few hundred meters! Great quality/money. The owners were very helpful.
