47 m2 apartment, balcony with city view. Air conditioned & ventilated room with 32 "TV, king size bed with box spring mattress. Living room with sofa bed and 42 "TV, fiber optic WiFi internet. Modern kitchen with hot water at the sink, 4-burner ceramic hob, microwave, large fridge with freezer compartment, dining table and 4 chairs. Bathroom with safety glass shower door, Electrolux automatic washing machine. Hair dryer, vacuum cleaner, safe box, sheets and towels provided. The "Paradise Residence" building is located 280 m from the beach in a "soi 7" street where you will find: restaurants, hotels, massage salons, beauty salons, bars, pharmacy, grocery stores. The building is guarded 24 hours a day, the floors are serviced by a lift, the parking lot for motorbikes and cars is in the basement

Nice and clean condo. Close to bars, restaurants and the beach. Baht bus is only steps away which makes getting around easy.
