Originally from the South-Side of Chicago, I have lived in Naples almost 20 years (wow! ...has it been that long?). Anyway, I am also the owner of Coastal Home Design Studio, a kitchen/ bath & design showroom here in Naples. In addition, I am also a licensed contractor in Collier County. I have a 9 year old son who was raised in this residence until we recently purchased & remodeled our new home in a nearby neighborhood.

Why they chose this property

Great location, friendly community & immaculate.

All areas have been completely remodeled, including kitchen & (2) baths. The space was designed to feel "Welcome & Comfortable"...plush couches, tempurpedic beds & down pillows...to list a few. Unit has complete privacy, even the lanai (that's our "porch" for you Florida newbies!)

What makes this property unique

This is a very friendly, quiet community. Most residents are only here from Jan - Mar/Apr.
During season, the association hosts several social events at the clubhouse so you can meet the neighbors as all amenities are included.
