About this property

Villa Ker-Eog, full of charm, superb sea view, feet in the water

Facing the sea (in front of the island Eog hence its name), this house of 90 m2, completely renovated in 2014, can accommodate up to 6 people. Ideally, a couple with 4 children, or 2 couples and 2 children.
A few kilometers from the village, a hundred meters from the port of Porsguen, and close to the beautiful beach of Porsmeur, the house has two walled gardens: one of 70 m2 facing the sea, the other 180 m2 at the back of the house, with a wooden deck.
The house has three bedrooms and two bathrooms: upstairs, the master bedroom with sea view and its adjoining bathroom. On the ground floor, 2 bedrooms: the first garden side with 2 single beds, which can be combined to make a double bed; the second, sea side with 2 bunk beds, ideal for 2 children, with toilet and bathroom adjoining. Always in the DRC a stay and a dining room with sight on the sea, and a done up kitchen.
The living room is a large living room overlooking both the sea and the terrace sheltered land.
The latter is equipped with deckchairs, a barbecue and garden furniture.

The fitted kitchen is open to the living room. At your disposal: oven, induction hob, fridge / freezer, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, food processor.
The house has an Internet connection (Wifi) and a satellite TV (Astra) at no extra charge.
It also has a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.
Small equipment also available:

- Changing table and mattress
- Baby bath, baby potty
The bedding is equipped with duvet and pillows.
Bedroom floor: a large double bed.
Ground floor bedroom: two single beds or a large double bed.

The linen is optional (15 euros per person) including bed linen (beds made on arrival), towels (a small and a large towel / person) and tea towels.

A deposit of 500 € will be required upon arrival.

Ein traumhaftes Haus mit einzigartigem Ausblick!

Wir (Ehepaar mit 3 Kindern - 21, 13, 11 Jahre) mieten schon seit vielen Jahren Häuser in Strandnähe an der Nordküste der Bretagne. Dieses Haus war eines unserer Highlights. Wir haben es im perfekt sauberen, renovierten und modernen Zustand vorgefunden. Alle technischen Geräte sind auf dem neusten Stand. Aber wer braucht schon ein TV, wenn die Sonne direkt vor dem großen Wohnzimmerfenster im Meer versinkt? Die Aussicht ist unbezahlbar. Das Raumkonzept ist genial, so dass jeder auch seinen Rückzugsort finden konnte. Wichtig zu erwähnen ist, dass es im Erdgeschoss ein separates zweites WC gibt. Das geht aus der Beschreibung nicht hervor, ist aber bei 5 Personen ein erfreulicher Pluspunkt. In der Nähe befinden sich mehrere Restaurants, die wir allerdings nicht genutzt haben. Der Supermarkt ist in 8 Autominuten erreichbar und frischer Fisch, Austern und Schalentiere können nach vorheriger Bestellung auch bei einem Großhändler direkt um die Ecke erworben werden. Mehrere Strände und Buchten mit jeweils eigenem Charme und Charakter sind innerhalb von 2-30 Minuten Fußweg zu erreichen. Je nach Geschmack und Gezeitenstand liefern sie die perfekte Auswahl für Baden, Wassersport, Krebse suchen oder endlose Spaziergänge. Ich würde hier mehr als 5 Sterne vergeben, wenn das möglich wäre. Wir bedanken uns ganz herzlich bei dem sehr netten Gastgeber für die unkomplizierte und freundschaftliche Abwicklung. Merci.

Komfort mit Meerblick

Wir haben eine Woche Urlaub in diesem schön renovierten hellen Haus mit Meerblick sehr genossen. Die Küche ist perfekt ausgestattet (was uns sehr wichtig ist, da wir gerne kochen). Die Bäder sind hell und modern und die Betten sind sehr bequem. Der schöne Strand ist nur ein Katzensprung entfernt. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war super und unkompliziert. Wir wurden herzlich empfangen und bretonische Köstlichkeiten standen auch bereit. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

Was gibt es für jemandem aus einem Binnenland Besseres als ein Ferienhaus mit Blick aufs Meer! Dazu war es sauber, liebevoll eingerichtet und einfach gemütlich. Und nicht zu vergessen, keine anonmyme Übergabe digital, sondern der Vermieter war vor Ort. Ein Pluspunkt mehr.

SUPERBE LOCATION AVEC VUE IMPRENABLE

La maison est très bien située face à la mer. Superbe vue avec coucher du soleil le soir. Très calme. On entend les vagues pour s'endormir. Le descriptif dans l'annonce est conforme ainsi que les photos. C'est un très joli coin où l'on peut découvrir de superbes plages et de belles balades également. Plage à pied. Pour les commerces, il faut compter 1/4 d'heure en voiture. Nous avons été été très bien accueillis. C'est une location que je recommanderai sans hésitation. Le propriétaire est très gentil et arrangeant. Merci à Mr LEJEUNE pour son accueil très chaleureux.

Très belle semaine

Nous avons passé une très belle semaine. La maison est conforme aux photos (superbe vue) très propre et bien équipée. Très bonne literie également. Nous avons par ailleurs eu un accueil chaleureux du propriétaire qui a été disponible durant le séjour. Quant à la région elle est superbe ! Nous recommandons sans problème cette location et espérons un jour y revenir.

Belle maison dans un magnifique cadre

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette petite maison. La décoration a été faite avec goût. Nous avions tout ce qu’il faut au niveau équipements, et tout était impeccable au niveau de la propreté. Et surtout, la maison donne directement sur la mer et offre une vue splendide. Il y a également une petite plage peu fréquentée à 2 minutes à pied, ainsi qu’un centre nautique à 10 minutes pour les amateurs d’activités en mer. Nous avons fortement apprécié le calme de cet endroit, qui reste encore préservé du tourisme de masse. Les propriétaires étaient agréables et facilement joignables en cas de souci. Je recommande vivement !
