Property is located about 2 km from San Severino Marche. Easily accessible by car, it is located on a hill overlooking the city with a very beautiful view. Completely fenced, the house was further restored in recent years for which the spaces inside and outside are well kept. Nearby you have the opportunity to take walks in the open air and for any need (bars, restaurants, supermarkets) in 5 minutes to reach the city center. The area is quiet, so traffic, smog and noise are in fact non-existent !

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt

Das Ferienhaus in den Bergen von San Severino Marche ist wunderschön und sehr groß. Es besteht aus zwei unabhängigen Wohneinheiten und einem gemeinsam genutzten Garten. Da wir beide Wohneinheiten gemietet haben, hatten wir das gesamte Areal für uns. Die Vermieter sind ein sehr, sehr nettes Ehepaar, die das gesamte Haus und den Gartenbereich liebevoll gestaltet haben. Man benötigt ein Auto, um zu dem Ferienhaus und auch zu den einzelnen Geschäften zu kommen, aber San Severino ist ein hübscher Ort mit verschiedenen Geschäften des täglichen Bedarfs und hübschen Restaurants. Einzig die Mücken waren etwas unangenehm, aber da kann man sich gut helfen. Gerne werden wir das Ferienhaus wieder besuchen.

Bellissimo!

Il rustico è sulla collina che guarda San Severino, in una posizione panoramica, immerso tra gli ulivi. I proprietari, Norina e Paolo, sono stati gentilissimi e premurosi oltre ogni aspettativa. Abbiamo approfittato del bel giardino dove fare colazione e cenare (c'è una cucina esterna strategica), rilassarci, leggere e fare un bagno in piscina. Le due case sono molto comode e ampie, le cucine ottimamente equipaggiate. La posizione è strategica sia per visitare i paesi del maceratese, sia per le escursioni che abbiamo apprezzato molto sui Monti Sibillini. Davvero un piacevole soggiorno, consigliatissimo!

superbe maison dans un endroit calme et paisible

nous avons passé de très belles vacances à Serripola, la maison est grande et très bien organisée, avec sa cuisine d'été nous avons vraiment profité de la terrasse et de la piscine! un vrai espace de liberté tout dans le calme et l'authenticité des lieux et des personnes. Accueil chaleureux et plein de bons plans à faire dans les environs. un grand merci !

Cittadina da non perdere, casa molto accogliente

Bel soggiorno, piacevole e rilassante. La casa è ben attrezzata, atmosfera "calda" e comfortevole. Piecevole la vasca idromassaggio e il salone con il caminetto, viste le temperature esterne! Peccato non aver usufruito del giardino, in questo periodo non ancora attrezzato. Comunque abbiamo visitato San Severino Marche, davvero graziosa cittadina, il suggestivo borgo di Elcito e Caldarola, con un magnifico castello. Ottimi i suggerimenti del proprietario sui ristoranti (consiglio Osteria Ninetta! e gli agriturismi. Perfetta per un piccolo break.
