The pool and the hot tub were wonderful. The codo was not welcoming. There was nothing there as I am used to with Vrbo, not even a salt shaker. No games or books. The table in the dining room had glass on it that moved around as it was not secured. The toilet seat was loose. We were giver the wrong entry codes to get in the condo twice. After the first time we called and they gave us a new one that was still wrong. We discovered that any code worked which made us feel unsafe.The air conditioning kept changing whatever we tried. The beach towels were inadequate. Too small and thin to be useful.The location was great but we were dissappointed with the accomodations. I have used VRBO many times and this was not up to par.

Palm Bay Club is a beautiful place to stay!

This was another great year at Palm Bay Club! Our rental was so nice and the accommodations are amazing! The beach is beautiful along with the bay side view! Hottub and heated pools are well maintained ànd such a great option for fun! It is nice and quiet with friendly people there. Every time we walked throughout, some one greeted us. The security guards are friendly too and we appreciate the safe feeling that they bring!! Booking for next year soon!

Dissatisfied

It was frustrating and over priced. Palm Bay Club front desk employees were not helpful…..gave us impression we weren’t welcome since our unit was managed by Beachside Management. They were great but the TV in the living room kept dropping offline. We called nearly every day. They came 2-3 times to try to fix the internet problem but never got it fixed. Wouldn’t have been so bad if the weather was nice but some it rained most days, we watched a lot of TV.

I love this area! What a confusing check-in

The property is well managed, clean, secure. The communication between the actual property manager and Beachside definitely needs improvements. Check in with Beachside and the front desk two separate locations if you don’t want to be hassled with the parking as the ticket you get from Beachside is not valid and still have to get a different ticket so you do not get a ticket on your window and towed even though they were nice enough to give us a second chance before towing because we did not even know that the ticket that was given to us in our packet means nothing on the actual property. Also, you need a wrist band for the property that is given at the front desk at the actual property or you will be thought that you don’t belong in the condo community, no one informed us of that and we walked around for two days piecing things together.The pools to both of the condo community is nice and so is the beach that is marked off where you can and can’t go. There are a lot of rules so just make sure you check in at the first property managers location and then also check in at the actual property which was located on the beachside entrance across the street. I spent a good majority of my time when we first got there looking like I had no clue what was going on in front of my family which was taking away from the part of relaxing on vacation because that was stressful for them to have conflicting information between the two management companies that I booked and who actually owned.
