It’s hard to capture just how wonderful this house and the owner/managers are. Everything was perfect, from check-in to check-out, and it was all seamless. It was such a pleasure to get to stay in a historic property like this and it really added to our experience. I’ve been to New Orleans several times before but this topped them all. Don’t hesitate to stay at Paradise Park, it has everything you could want and then some. Thank you, Joshua and team!

This property was exceptional! Our group of family and friends stayed for a week at the end of August. The house is beautiful, clean, spacious, well-equipped, and in a perfect location - a nice neighborhood that's an easy walk to the French Quarter, Frenchman Street, the streetcar line, etc. The interior of the house is lovely, and the pool/spa and outdoor space were a big hit with everyone. Additionally, our host, Joshua, was exceedingly helpful. He provided great local advice for first-time travelers to New Orleans and accommodated our early arrival and check-in. We highly recommend this property.

Great location for those who dig the music side of NOLA. We went out as a group of friends enjoying the parades of locals Mardi Gras and strollin' over to pubs and music spots off of Frenchman and Bourbon. The host was great, the owner was responsive, and the amenities hit the spot.

Perfect historical home for our family vacation

Just far enough away from the noise and traffic of French Quarter. But still close enough to walk to all the hot spots and delicious restaurants in the Quarter and Frenchmen Street. House was perfect!

Marigny Villa ..a visit with the historic psst with the comforts of the present

Perfect location and amenities

The location was perfect for visiting Frenchman Street and the French Quarter. Area felt very safe. The pool was amazing! Although neighbors are close, it felt very private. Just what we needed. Unique accommodations….historical with all modern conveniences. Property was clean and had everything we needed.

Beautiful House

Definitely made the right choice staying here. It was big enough for our group. The house is beautiful and had the New Orleans charm. Location was great. Walking distance to Bourbon street, the French Market and many restaurants. The heated pool was a plus. We enjoyed ourselves tremendously.

Again an incredible time had by all! The home is great! Comfortable, clean and close to French Quarter. But not too close! So nice and quite at night easy to sleep. Managers are great to work with too! Our second time staying here.

Beautiful

Absolutely gorgeous old historical house in the heart of New Orleans. There arevlovely shops of every kind on nearly every surrounding corner. Very close to every major attraction. Check in process was simple, and we emjoyed every secind of our trio. My small children had a blast and we had an easy time getting around.

Though the pictures are beautiful, they did not do this beautiful home justice. It is stunningly decorated and well loved. The hosts were hospitable and patient with our large party, and the property manager was helpful and a total vibe. We are so happy we came!

Perfect for Family and range of ages

Elderly grandparents and kids 2, 4, 6, and 8. Perfect pool for heat wave, kids could have stayed there entire time! Quiet neighborhood, but convenient walk to all the hot spots after kids’ bedtime. Even better in person, thank you!

Serenity near it all

We have stayed here twice now and are planning our next visit. We absolutely love the peace of the courtyard and pool. This place provides relaxation only blocks from many great restaurants and bars. The two restaurants at the end of the block are both incredible. I wrote a more detailed review about the house after our first stay. Now that we are repeat customers I'm not sure I can offer higher praise.
