A perfect place to relax with family and friends! This is our "music home". You'll feel right at home in this updated 3 bedrooms 2.5 baths property with plenty of room with a 3-car garage and basement. Park-like back yard and pet friendly. We love pets and consider them as family members, but please make sure to include pet under pets and not as kids when booking. This home is about 5 minutes drive to Littleton Mineral light rail station. Close to Denver Tech Center. Easy access to downtown Denver, sport stadiums by light rail . Close enough to visit most popular places like Rocky Mountain National park and ski resorts and back in the same day. About 1.5 hours drive to Vail and Breckenridge. Close to Aspen Grove, light rail station, Red Rocks Amphitheater and restaurants. No hidden fees. Easy self check in and check out.

Absolutely wonderful stay! The home was spotless, spacious, and perfect for our group of 3 adults — plenty of room to spread out and relax. The primary bedroom was a standout with great closet and drawer space, ideal for an extended stay. We loved the fluffy towels, thoughtful touches, and the peaceful front patio for morning coffee. Located in a great area of Littleton, close to everything we needed. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful. Highly recommend!

We loved this property and can’t wait to come back. The floor plan is spread out and has a few options for living spaces so the 6 of us were not feeling crowded at all. It had everything we needed. The Columbine Trail is nearby and was a nice little walk. It’s one of the best VRBOs we have ever stayed at. Very clean.

Great location, big house and big yard. They have an area to keep dogs in and a larger area for them to run around. The house was clean and had anything you would need with grocery stores close by. The only issue was with the WiFi, while using the house WiFi I ran into https issues, if you don’t need WiFi for work this house is perfect. If you do need WiFi for work I was able to connect to an Xfinity hotspot.

Great Stay!

Great property with plenty of linens, pots and pans, etc. Host is available for anything you need. Beds are very comfortable. Loved the bbq grill and fenced yard for our small dog. Great neighborhood to take walks in and not far from grocery stores, costco, etc.

Wonderful home!

Home was very clean, comfortable and well stocked with all of the essentials and then some. The large fenced in yard is great for relaxing with family and pets. Great location, quiet neighborhood but close to outdoor activities (hiking, lake, etc.) and Littleton restaurants.

My family traveled from Michigan to enjoy the holiday with our Colorado family. Hannah’s house was perfect; great location for us, clean, pet friendly, plenty of space. The house was fully stocked: spices, coffee, dishes, utensils, paper products, shampoo, soap & water & dryer. Really enjoyed our stay.

Great Visit

We moved from CO a year ago and had to return to wrap up a few things. This house was the perfect location. Easy accessibility to highways and nice neighborhood to walk our dog, Gus. He also loved playing in the big yard. Nice kitchen and gas grill to fix meals! Comfortable beds! Owner, Hannah and her son very responsive to any needs we had.

Littleton Vacay

Property was better than described. Everything we needed as a family to make this VRBO our home for 4 nights. Nice supply of dishes, pans allowed us to not need to eat every meal at a restaurant. Extremely quiet, just a really nice retreat after a day of exploring. Charging stations for cell phones and devices in bedrooms was a bonus, and WiFi was great, allowed me to work a few hours in the morning before we headed out. Grocery store a mile away, along with multiple parks, very nice area of town. We really enjoyed our stay!

This place is a dog. And I’m not just talking about the pungent smell of pets that is impossible to ignore. You also get strong smells of smoke in lower level and mold in garage/master bedroom. If dead bugs in both the microwave and half bath are your thing, by all means, go for it! Do you like full cans of garbage inside and out? Expired food in refrigerator and cabinets? This is your place! Dirty baths with hair in bath drain, used bars of soap and multiple bottles of empty soft soap… Again, this place has it! I don’t understand how so many “verified reviews” complimented cleanliness? Equally disappointing is the attitude of manager. Hannah claimed it was just a bad day and she’d do better going forward. Little comfort. It was gross. When you choose VRBO, you can’t just move down the hall to another room. You’re stuck! My reasonable request to both Hannah and Vrbo for a refund of cleaning charges (since it hadn’t been cleaned between guests and we had to clean) was denied. C’mon, throw me a bone!

What a great house and location. We came to CO to go to Red Rocks Amphitheater for a concert and the house was perfect. About 20 minutes to the venue. Very quiet and a great outside area to relaxing and talk after our day.

My husband and I are new to VRBO. We have lived in Littleton since 1994 and have been living in this 130-home neighborhood since 2006. I am, by profession, a tax accountant, working for a local CPA firm. My husband is retired from 36 years in aerospace and works part-time as part-time handyman for this property. This property was originally purchased to house visiting family and friends in lieu of adding 2,000 sq. ft at our current home, but the project evolved into an experiment in short-term rental after remodeling and furnishing the home.

Why they chose this property

Many homes in our neighborhood was passed down through the generations. One of our dear neighbors didn't want to sell this home to a stranger, so he offered us the opportunity to purchase this home.
