Great location, lots of space

We loved this apartment! It is very close to a metro line and for a Paris apartment has a ton of space. It was quiet at night but close to everything we needed. One small note- it is not a true 2 bathroom for us Americans. There are 2 rooms with a sink and shower each. But there is only 1 toilet in it’s own closet. It was a little rough with 2 couples sharing the apartment.

Excellent apartment in very convenient neighborhood.

The apartment is very close to a Metro with tons of markets and restaurants nearby. There is a fairly steep stairway from the first floor to the bedrooms and bathrooms on the second floor. I was concerned that the bed and baths might be on separate floors but they are both upstairs which made it easier. My Dad who is in his seventies managed to navigate the stairs without any trouble (but he is in good shape). It's a great neighborhood a convenient subway ride to tourist locations but with more of a neighborhood feel - very close to the Marais and lots of good places to eat.

Pleasant stay in Paris.

Great location and next to all you need. The apartment is quirky in that the first floor is a converted boutique and access to the second is by a narrow spiral staircase. In all, very cool experience. The apt is well equipped and clean - though some furniture could use updating. The management office was professional and communicative. My son left his backpack the day we flew home. Within hours we were able to get it back. Merci Vincent et Guillaume pour un bon séjour!

Cute apartment in an amazing location!

Four of us spent 3 nights here - all adults. Giovanna checked us in graciously and on time - a bonus - she spoke wonderful English. Vincent and Guillaume communicated well and often - great responses time. Although we wanted to see all the sites of Paris, we really loved just staying in or returning to our home away from home and taking advantage of the charming and convenient neighborhood. Markets, fromageries, shops and restaurants all at our fingertips. Highly recommend Biondi.....Argentinian steakhouse just across the street. Would recommend staying here and would return again.

Paris visit

Very nice, comfortable bed. It was very nice to meet with someone at check in to show how to work tv, stove, where towels are, etc. Only suggestions is to have a trash can upstairs and darker curtains in one bedroom
