Gros problème avec Abritel!!

Prévenus la veille de notre départ que la maison n'est pas libre car déjà louée (et encore parce ce que j'ai appelé le propriétaire pour avoir quelques informations)! D'après le propriétaire problème informatique chez Abritel, pour Abritel erreur a priori du propriétaire impossible d'en savoir plus. Bref pas de vacances pour nous, perte des billets de traversée pour l'ile d'yeu, etc.. Abritel à cette période n'a trouvé aucune solution alternative, plus de son plus d'image de personne depuis une semaine, et là le pompon je reçois une enquête de satisfaction, il y a quand même un problème chez Abritel. Pour info je n'ai toujours pas reçu le remboursement, quels sont chez Abritel les moyens de compensation d'un tel préjudice?

Maison spacieuse et fonctionnelle

Maison très agréable pour une grande famille, chambres spacieuses, cuisine fonctionnelle. Au calme. Bien situé sur l'île. Accueil sympathique, propriétaires réactifs. Quelques aménagements seraient les bienvenus: rideaux opaques ou volets; mise à disposition de clé; quelques placards accessibles.
