the apartment is on the 4th floor, with an independent entrance, has a bright living room, a kitchen with a small terrace, a large balcony of 35sqm, furnished with two sun beds, two deck chairs and a table for dining and a small garden.
two bedrooms (1 double and 1 twin), 2 bathrooms with large showers, one equipped with washing machine. The area is particularly quiet and fresh, close to shops, restaurants and all services. It is only 5 minutes walk from the best beach, and from the guarded parking lot and 8 minutes from the train station.
On request it is possible to book a parking space with subsidized payment directly under the house.

Great place in cinque terra

2 couples shared this villa. The only negative for dome would be the 85 steps up with luggage but we enjoyed our stay and got over that quickly.

Great place

This is a wonderful place for two couples or a small family to stay while seeing Cinque Terre. We stayed here five nights in early October and hung out on the terrace every night. Two bedrooms and two full baths were both very nice. Host was great and check in was easy.

Very Nice Condo in MONTEROSSO

We had a wonderful week in Monterosso at this great condo. Plenty of space. A wonderful large patio for relaxing in the sun and for meals. Great views. Convenient to restaurants and grocery store. We’ll be back.

Perfect stay in Monterosso

We could not have been more impressed with our stay. The location was perfect. It was just up the road from the main area of the town and a very short walk from the train station. The host was also amazing. She welcomed us when we got there and gave us lots of information about the hikes and farmers market. We had one small issue with the shower but the host responded immediately and had it fixed in less than a day. We will definitely be staying there again next time we visit!

Spacious apartment close to the train station, beach and restaurants. While there are stairs to reach the apartment, we thought they were totally manageable. Especially after exploring the other 4 towns! We appreciated having the use of a washing machine. The host gave us a great recommendation for a restaurant nearby to celebrate my husband’s birthday.

Perfect location on the most beautiful city in Cinque Terre! We just returned home from our time in Italy. We traveled there with our three children and this apartment was a perfect place for us to stay. Just a few minutes walking distance to the beach, local restaurants and the train station. This place is a gem and Guerrina is an absolute sweetheart. She took the time to meet us there and explain everything we needed to know. She made great suggestions about places we should eat and the things we absolutely needed to see. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Guerrina met us at the apartment when we arrived. She was so pleasant and gracious. Besides giving us the tour of the property she also gave us good recommendations of places to eat, visit etc. The property is spacious and clean. The terrace was wonderful and we ate out there several times. There is a great little grocery store at the bottom of the street. The location of this property is on a nice quiet street. There are lots of steps up to the flat but of course this is Cinque Terre! We would certainly stay there again and recommend to others. Thanks for a memorable visit!

Fantastic apartment, wonderful host

Guerrina met us when we arrived and showed us around the apartment, which was very spacious and meticulously cleaned. We contacted her at least once a day with questions and she always replied promptly and helpfully, often going to find out prices for things rather than just telling us where to look. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend the apartment which is just enough out of the way from the centre to be quiet. There are a lot of steps to the apartment but we got used to them and it did not impact on the holiday. Grazie Guerrina!

Beautiful Balcony

Our stay at Monterosso al Mare was just beautiful. My favorite thing about this place was the beautiful balcony. There are 3 french doors that open from the living room to the large balcony. We had the doors open all the time for the breeze and you could hear all the birds in the adjacent forest. There are also french doors from the main bedroom to the balcony. Just beautiful. The sweet lady Guerrina, made our check in process so easy and was there to greet us when we arrived. She was so accommodating and was happy to help us with recommendations during our stay. She is in great shape hiking those steps daily!

Unser Urlaub in Cinque Terre war perfekt. Die Wohnung ist riesig, sauber, mit einer großen Terrasse und einer wunderschönen Aussicht. Es ist ruhig und man kann den ganzen Tag auf der Terrasse verbringen, da die Sonne kaum scheint. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und wir waren angenehm überrascht, dass sie Deutsch spricht, was unsere Kommunikation sehr erleichtert hat. Merci à Guerrina pour son accueil et ses explications à notre arrivée Le logement est très bien équipé, on pourrait se croire chez soi 😉 2 salles de bain pour 4 dont 2 ados ce n'est pas de trop, une grande terrasse, un hall d'entrée couvert permettant de sécher le linge ou de se rafraîchir à l'ombre top! Et surtout, il est très bien situé, à 7 minutes de la gare (en marchant à bonne allure), d'une petit magasin, boulangerie, restaurants et la vieille ville (environ 15 minutes à pied, le long de la plage 😎) Nous recommandons !
