Welcome to the Lagardère gite
In the countryside, surrounded by nature (+ - 2.5 km from the center of the village of Blanquefort)
100 m² renovated stone barn
Rental 6/7 people (non smoking), 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms
Large partially fenced wooded lot, terrace, parking and private pool
The cottage is located in Lot-et-Garonne on the road to country houses, castles and prehistoric sites in the Dordogne.
You will appreciate calm and tranquility and will be able to taste the regional products present on the gourmet markets of our villages.
The house has 3 bedrooms that can accommodate 6/7 people
2 double beds, 1 single bed and 1 bunk bed (on request 1 baby bed)
Ground floor: living room, living room (tv, dvd, wifi, board games), fitted kitchen and shower room with wc
Upstairs: 3 bedrooms, one with bathroom + wc
Outside: large wooded grounds, parking, private swimming pool (10 x 5m),
sun loungers, well-oriented terrace, wooden table and chairs, barbecue, table tennis table and outdoor games

Moment de serenite dans un écrin de verdure et un espèce de vie très sympathique , un lieu soigné et entretenu, une piscine superbement agréable . Qualité des équipements ( literie draps etc… d’une grande propreté ) mais le top c est le calme et la simplicité de l’endroit …

Séjour ressourçant au milieu de la nature

Excellent séjour en pleine nature la maison dispose de tout le nécessaire, seuls les insectes sont venus nous déranger. Située à la limite de différents départements, nous avons pu découvrir les environs dont plusieurs villages classés plus beaux de France et faire de belles balades notamment en canoë et profiter pleinement de la piscine. Merci à nos hôtes pour leur accueil à notre arrivée.

Séjour très agréable, calme et repos assuré !

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable en famille, le gîte est très bien équipé tant a l'intérieur qu'à l'extérieur, ce qui nous a permis d'alterner journée touristique (et la région est très riche!!) et journée tranquille au gîte, au milieu de la nature, idéal pour se ressourcer. Je recommande vivement cette location !
