It has just been completely renovated with taste and quality. The whole is well thought out and functional. The equipped kitchen is open to the living room consisting of a modular dining area and a sofa bed, TV area. The master bedroom has storage. The bathroom is design and functional.
The balcony of 8 m2 allows you to take your meals outside, or to relax on a deckchair facing the Basin.

Splendide vue, fonctionnel et en parfait etat

Vue imprenable sur le bassin, la dune du Pilat et les parcs ostréicoles. Malgré son emplacement proche de la jetée Belisaire, aucun problème de bruit. L’appartement bien que relativement petit est très bien aménagé et surtout en parfait état, très fonctionnel et bien équipé. Rien a dire, nous recommandons sans réserve.
