Un moment suspendu face au Bassin

Vue au top, Emplacement idéal. Rien ne manque

La vue est incroyable. l'emplacement idéal pour tout faire a pieds. L'appartement est impeccable, et il y a vraiment tout ce qu'il faut pour faire la cuisine. Seul regret, du bruit le matin très tôt avec la sortie des poubelles des restaurants et bars de l'embarcadaire,

Splendide vue, fonctionnel et en parfait etat

Vue imprenable sur le bassin, la dune du Pilat et les parcs ostréicoles. Malgré son emplacement proche de la jetée Belisaire, aucun problème de bruit. L’appartement bien que relativement petit est très bien aménagé et surtout en parfait état, très fonctionnel et bien équipé. Rien a dire, nous recommandons sans réserve.
