Renovated studio with breathtaking views of the sea, the port of Benalmadena and Sierra Nevada.

Located on the 9th floor of a residence with swimming pools. There is only the road to cross to meet on the beach.

F1 apartment of 45 m² with a double bed and a sofa bed, bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet. Beautiful spacious terrace with magnificent sea view.

Air conditioning, Television.

The kitchen includes a fridge, ceramic hob, microwave, coffee machine, kettle and juicer.

The city center and Arroyo de la Miel Train Station are a 15-minute walk away. The bus stop by the sea, just in front of the residence, allows to move easily. The airport and the center of Malaga are 20 minutes by train.

The nearest supermarket Maxi Dia is a 5-minute walk away.

Mooie en nette studio met prachtig uitzicht over de kust van Benalmadena vanop de 9de verdieping. Alles is aanwezig voor een fijne vakantie in deze mooie streek . Vlotte communicatie met Cyril en zijn vrouw (eigenaar).

Wonderful little apartment with amazing sea views

The apartment is perfect for a couple. Newly furnished in pristine condition. Well equipped (even tea & coffee/refreshmental provided) spotlessly clean & absolutely amazing views of the Benalmadena coastline as based right on the seafront. You can sit for hours on the balcony watching the changing skyline. Cyril & his partber were wonderful hosts. They were waiting outside the complex to greet us on arrival & went through everything within the apartment & answered all our questions about public transport etc. Nothing was too much trouble for them . Cyril even popped back early in the evening to sort our issue with the WIFI. We had great communication with him before, during & after the holiday. Apartment is very close to bars, restaurants & supermarkets & bus stops to Malaga & Fuengerola are just outside the door. Can't recommend this place enough! I would certainly return & Cyril & his partner do an amazing job of looking after you. 10 out of 10!

Skønneste udsigt !

Vi ankom til lejligheden sent om aftenen, hvor Cyril stod og tog imod os, og viste rundt. Lejligheden er super til 2 mennesker, hyggelig og ren. Terrassen er fantastisk, da det er en hjørneterrasse med udsigt til havnen, byen, havet osv. Helt igennem et dejligt ophold, hvor vi gerne kommer tilbage.

We arrived outside the apartment and Cyril and his partner were waiting for us. They were very welcoming, showed us how to access the pool, then around their lovely apartment and answered all the questions we had. The apartment had everything we needed, it was spotless and the balcony had such a beautiful view. Perfect location for us! They responded promptly with any questions throughout the week and recommended some great restaurants when we asked. Thank you both for being such lovely hosts and helping us to have a fab holiday 👍 100% would stay again 😍

Estudio perfecto, recien restaurado muy facil de ventilar, con la cocina y el baño como estancias independientes. En cuanto a los propietarios sin pegas, muy accesibles. La urbanizacion, de lujo. Si vuelvo me encantaria repetir este alojamiento.
