This cozy 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom house features brilliant decor, a 55" 4K Smart TV and game room downstairs. There is also a sleeper sofa downstairs and an air mattress if you need some extra space.

Centrally located:
- 5-10 minutes from restaurants/shopping and 2 theaters
- 10 minutes to Air Force Academy South Gate
- 20 minutes to downtown or Colorado Springs Airport
- 25 minutes to Garden of the Gods
- 5 minutes to beautiful Cottonwood Park (with disc golf, pool, and great playground and fields)
Entertainment: highspeed internet, and a Roku for Netflix, Hulu, etc.
Please no raging parties, but family get togethers, holiday celebrations, etc. are welcome as long as you clear it with us first. Due to a city ordinance and fire codes there can be no more than 10 people in this home at once, for any family get together, or holiday celebration. Please talk with us about your plans in our home prior to booking. Please let us know and keep parking to the driveway, garage and our side of the street since we're in a cul-de-sac.
Guest Access:
You'll have full access to the entire home, including the 2 car garage and backyard. We are located on a cul-de-sac so please be respectful of our neighbors and park in the driveway and garage before parking on (only) our side of the street.
The Neighborhood:
This suburban neighborhood is an established neighborhood on the Northeast side of town with lots of trees and a trail network throughout, very family friendly. The nearest trail entrance is in the backyard! This neighborhood is a typical suburban area, mostly built in the 90s.
There is a great mini-golf place nearby, a Villa Sport and Lifetime Fitness within a few minute-drive. We highly recommend Dions Pizza, Urban Egg, and Salsa Brava, which are all about 1 mile east.
Getting Around:
It's generally easiest to get around Colorado Springs by car. Uber and Lyft are both readily available in our experience (getting to DIA can be slightly challenging but is possible), and a rental is always easy. You're off of Dublin, but Woodmen and Powers (both major thoroughfares) are less than a mile away.
This house is very much in a suburban area, so while there's lots within a 5 minute drive, there's not much within a mile. There is a great mini-golf place and a handful of restaurants 1 mile east.
You can take the path in the back south about 1/3 of a mile to a playground and field. If you take that same path 1/4 mile south you can reach Homestead Trail, which goes south for miles, mostly through open spaces.
