we had a really good time , location is perfect , Michelle was incredible, always was answering whenever we needed her . The only thing that made me feel a bit uncomfortable was the outside cameras looking to the pool, other than that everything else was perfect

We thoroughly enjoyed this home. The location was fantastic and in close proximity to everything and everywhere we wanted to go. The view and the pool were phenomenal. We would absolutely return again. The host is extremely responsive and attentive.

Truly relaxing - just right!!

This was the perfect size and very well appointed! We truly loved the privacy, the pool, and the layout. Had our friends over for a dinner party which was a blast!! It was very very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed for a great week. We plan to stay again in the future.

Excellent vacation!, great weather, excellent property. Brought our boat , 27’, (oal) 34’ boat , docked outside of the piers - no problem s . Plenty of water - regardless of tide , 12-15 minute no wake ride to ocean .property is clean , pool was nice - plenty of outside room .we spend 2 weeks every year in marathon- we stay at different properties every time and just like the other properties this one is a definite do over .Thanks

Great setting for relaxing getaway

This was a great space for the 3 of us (my husband, my Mom & me)! Enjoyed all of the outdoor areas (pool, patio, & waterfront); which were spacious & private. We look forward to returning!!

Everything was as advertised. Michelle was very helpful and responsive when contacted and gave us lots of info on local things to do and great restaurants. Pool was great! We had a very relaxing two week vacation at sitting on the dock of the bay!!

Piece of paradise

We had the best time at “the dock of the bay”! Everything was just as described in the listing! Everything you can ask for

This home was just what we wanted. Spent most days on our boat that was easily docked at the house, afternoons in the pool and evenings exploring and sampling food around Marathon. If you book this home you will not regret it. Great location and home was clean and well furnished.

Perfect place for vacation!

This was a wonderful place to stay! Loved the privacy of the pool. The pool was amazing and the best part for us! The one neighbor is pretty quiet and the storage/marina near by wasn’t a bother at all! Great location for various activities. The house was well equipped with plenty of towels, little coffees, paper towel, TP etc. communication with Michelle was very smooth and she was very helpful. Check in and out was simple. Home was very clean and Michelle even gave some nice ideas of places to eat and things to do. We went charter fishing with Shark River Charters with Captain Dan! A must do if you’re visiting the keys! Wonderful vacation. Thanks for sharing your home Michelle!

Great Stay in Marathon!

This home was just as advertised; everything you needed and more to have a great vacation! The space was clean and well designed inside, and the outside was exceptional! A great pool and a dock area our young sons were able to fish off of while mom and dad watched from the pool;) We saw manatee and caught quite a few fish! Great location and easy to get to everything. We would certainly stay again!

Perfect Vacation

Wow! What a beautiful property. My family is picky, and this property was perfect. From cleanliness, to location and ease of check in and check out. The swimming pool was so refreshing. The only thing lacking was more vacation time. We will definitely book this property again.

Wonderful home away from home.

The house and property were everything my sister and I wanted. The location was great for being within walking or driving distance to everything we wanted. There is a fish market a couple of doors down where we bought stone crab and made them at the house. Delicious! We also rented bicycles and had a great time biking around the area. The house was clean, modern and well-appointed. The pool was beautiful and we used it every day except for the one day it rained. Michelle was fabulous, very helpful and easy to work with! I would definitely recommend this place and hope to be back soon!

Cute but small

This house was very nice with a great backyard, dock and parking! The only downside to our stay was the two bedrooms were very warm and didn’t cool very well. There weren’t ceiling fans in any of the rooms and the bathroom didn’t have a fan. To no fault of the owners, there was a very active, loud rooster that woke us up around 5:30am every day. Overall the house was okay but not one I’d return to.

Peaceful and amazing location to explore the Keys

We stayed here with our small family of 3. Checkin was seamless and they even had music playing to kick off the vacation vibe. The house is situated between some small businesses and during the day there was a bit of noise, but nothing that bothered us. The view into the canal is great. It’s very private and secure with the gated property. We were able to explore many Keys attractions from the location in Marathon. The grocery is a quick drive, many snorkeling and fishing charters are within 5 mins away, all in all I would definitely recommend for the location. The house itself was very cozy and provides everything we needed for cooking and laundry through the week. When we were there, there was a heat advisory every day - making the pool temp more like a hot tub. We still swam nightly, but would recommend paying for the pool chiller if you plan on spending more time in the pool. There were a few things needing maintenance- AC filter was dirty, coffee pot didn’t fit on the maker, pool lights were not working. But the owner was very responsive and let us know she was waiting on light bulbs etc. the House is very clean and was perfect for our stay. We would definitely stay here again!

Great stay!

This rental was perfect for what we needed! The rental included everything we needed and we perfectly clean. Although it was located in a more business area and potential more noise during the day, it was great to not be surrounded by other rental after hours. Safe and secure, some good restaurants within walking distance. Lots of fun wildlife- iguanas, crabs, fish and birds galore! We rented a boat down the street and it was great to have the dock available. Property manager was very responsive, which was helpful. We were eager to use kayaks, but lifejackets and kayaks weren't in best shape and property manager was very responsive. The only thing that gave this 4 star was that there were cameras in every window of the 2nd floor unit. I totally understand having them for security purposes on your property, but it made us wonder if people were watching us. We didn't know if things were being recorded and it kind of creeped us out thinking if our teen girls were there in bathing suits... Just felt like something that should have been disclosed prior to rental or in the guest book. We were very respectful of property and followed the rules, but again, just didn't know if we were being constantly watched and it felt weird. Otherwise, the property was fabulous and we truly enjoyed our stay in Marathan!

Coco Plum Paradise

Wonderful home with everything you need and more. It was very clean and fully equipped. Dock was great for boat rental, only 10 min to open water. Also caught many different types of fish off the docks with shrimp and squid bait. Pool was perfect to finish the day. Washer/dryer we’re an added bonus. Michelle was quick to respond when needed. Overall, outstanding experience and would highly recommend.

Relaxing rental

The rental was clean and bright. Pool was fantastic. Enjoyed the view and wildlife. Saw manatees one day and iguanas were regular visitors. Very relaxing week!

Beautiful property and fantastic location!

We had a great vacation and really enjoyed the house and especially the pool!! We picked the location so we could easily go up and down the Keys to see the sights. The property was very clean when we arrived and was a good size for our family of four. Michelle was readily available for any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again if in the area.

Awesome retreat

This place was a perfect retreat for my wife and I and would accommodate a family of 4 well too. They did mention fishing poles however they were not in working condition, which was very minor. The location on the bay was perfect not looking across a canal in the back of another house was great for privacy. We would definitely stay here again.

Great views in marathon

We really enjoyed our stay at the property. The house was clean and well equipped in kitchen and outdoor activities - kayaks, fishing rods, floats, coolers, tackle box. We had a good time sitting outside and relaxing. We saw manatees right next to the dock and a ray. The fishing next to the dock was all catch and release since they were all babies. Well located, easy to get to all restaurants, marinas, groceries.

Great Property & Managed well

Exactly as advertised, well maintained & clean. Location is perfect if you want access to everything in Marathon. Can quickly run to the store or hop in the water either way it's a convenient spot for most everything. Pool is heated, very private, a good bit larger than the typical dockside wade pools most canal homes would have. Most managers or management firms are just there to turn renters & make a buck. Michelle helped with several things during our stay & having someone paying attention to the proper caretaking/quality upkeep of the property helps everyone have a nice rental experience in the long run.
